Chapter 5- Race p. 1

NERA POV

I went to my secret hideout. Where my Cars are. I drove mei mei (my racecar)  and checked on her. I have no problems with  her so I wore my racing gear and drove her for a test drive while waiting for my Brother.

BERRY POV

My name is Kwon BERRO. But my parents decide on naming me BERRY in english. Thats why noona keep making fun of me. Here I am checking my Race car. It's been a longtime since I last raced with noona and I know she will beat me. The last time we raced was when she broke here own record of 20 laps for 14 minutes. While defeating me. She is really daebak. I went to my room to change into my racing attire.

"Jeonghan hyung!!" I called him since our rooms are right next to each other

"Wae? Berro-yah!"

"Wanna Watch noona and me racing? Its safe though we had a permit and you can watch at the VIP section of the arena."

"Okay, let me just call the boys"

"Go there hyung with them and the butler Zitao will accompany you to the seats."

"Okay!"

I went to my beloved chimchim ( My car) and put my secret weapon.

Now where were we? Ah I'm gonna use my secret weapon to noona. So I can finally beat her. WAHAHAHAHHA *cough**cough*

3rd person POV

Seventeen went to the arena and sat at the VIP section. They were given food and snacks and drinks to enjoy.

"Waah! I'm liking this life hyung!" Seungkwan said to S.coups

"Yah! Remember we are just living here temporarily. And you guys, should not be used to this kind of life. Even if they treat us like princes here. We should always thank them. Arrasso?" Coups replied

*Intercom*

The rules of this race are simple. First to reach 20 laps will be the winner. Remember to always change your car tires every 4 laps. Every team should be given 2 extra passes in going to the changing areas. IF a record will be broken. He/she will hand in their trophies and give them to the new winner. On the right lane. With a black matte Race car, Katrina Kwon. While on the left lane with royal blue car, BERRY KWON. On the count of three the race will begin. 3,2,1 START!!!!!

S.coups POV

The race started and all this time. My eyes are watching Nera. The way she accelerates her black matte car gave me chills. She is like a professional. No scratch that. She is a professional. The 4th lap was finished and they both went to change tires. BERRO's team was faster that's why he won the lead.

Nera drove fast after loosing the lead. At first the gap was long but as she speeds up she naturally went to the back of Berro.

BERRO was planning on smashing his sister on the wall. Because he went father to the left away from the wall. He is basically giving his sister a space so then When she was beside him he would smash him and win the race.

Nera went beside him. What the heck are you doing? Do you want to get yourself killed?

Back to 3rd PERSON POV

Nera was smarter. She went beside him but when she realized he was going to smash her into the wall she immediately accelerated and got the lead. Resulting Berro to lightly smash at the wall.

They are now in their last 4 laps. Both got into the changing areas are. Nera got the lead since she didnt have problems with her engine. In which berro had, especially on the gas. He was losing gas. He refilled them and got ready to go.

NERA POV

I saw Berro's engine. While his staffs are putting gas on it. I saw a new 21km Accelerator. If he used it in the final lap. He will definitely win. I suddenly went to a blank state. There must something I should do. Ah!! My fire rockets.!!! after finishing a lap I went to the changing station. I let them put my fire rockets while Berro is making up the lossed lap he failed.

We were both equal to the last 3 laps now and I can see Berro's car accelerating faster than usual. I accelerated 20km more than my original to make me faster. I was still in the lead but when the bell rang telling we only had 2 laps left. I accelerated 30 more. I know If I didnt accelerated all my efforts in this race will be broken. My brother is smart in racing but I am smarter than him. My total km/h is 300. Faster than my usual 240. I was still on the lead. But when we reached the final lap, Upon entering the line Berro used all up. He was now at the front of me and blocking my chances of overtaking. He moved away to the left again. He is planning on smashing me again. But I can't let that happen right?  I bravely went beside him. Knowing that he cant easily stop his accelerator when smashing. He tried to smash me, but I used my fire rockets so I avoided him. He smashed himself in the wall. Resulting to the turning of his car for a few rounds. I used the last spurt of my fire rockets and went to the finish linen. I won, again. AND IT GIVES ME GREAT HAPPINESS.
