Phoebe has blonde hair with pink ombré she wears it up and down. She is very geeky and girly and her and her sister hate each other. She wears glasses. And is going out with Chad. She is fifteen ( it was her birthday) and her parents are Aurora and Phillip. And two siblings one sister Audrey and a brother called Alex who we will see later.
