Chapter 4

When I saw him turn the street I walked to the door.When I got in I saw that dinner wasn't made and my three year old sister Mari was crying.I looked around to see that my mom was on the couch not doing anything.Me and my mom never had a good relationship,we would always fight for stupid reasons.I sighed and picked up my sister I found out that she had a fever.Mari was a beautiful girl and she has my abuelas features,long cavy brown hair like mine but mine is straight and dark and light brown with my tips died gray.Mari has these adorable light brown eyes,and light caramel skin like me.I carried her to my room"I'll be right back I'm going to get you a cold towel okay".I walked to the kitchen and wet a towel after I went to put the towel on her head.I walked out heading to the living room."Why didn't you do anything Mari has a fever and you're just sitting there doing nothing",I tried to keep my voice level down."Urgh finally your home where the hell were you?!",Leticia said witch is my mom."I'm hungry and you've been out with your friends while I stayed here starving to death with the little pest!","There your son and daughter and your daughter is sick and your not even noticing that Angel is trying to talk to you!!","Whatever just make dinner".My mom never does anything around the house and she's never really home so I'm basically like my siblings second mom.After dinner mom said "So where were you huh?" "With. A friend okay" "what friend?",She said with a tone of boredom "A kid named Leo okay","Hahaha you with a boy wow?!" "Whatever" I muttered.I took My five year old brother Angel a bath.He was telling me about how his day went,"I made a friend Hazelnut"that's what he and my sister call me."Oh really what his name gordo?" "It's not a boy chata"another name he and my sis call me."Ooh it's a girl" he roles his eyes "Yes it's a girl her name is Angelica" "Is she your girlfriend?" I teased him "Oh my gosh no!".We laughed for a while because I was tickling him."Who was that boy that dropped you off?","My friend Leo and before you ask no he's not my boyfriend" he giggled."Did you get homework gordo?" "No chata it's the first day if school".After the bath I put on his pajamas and let him watch a movie in my room with Mari.It was seven-thirty so I got in the shower after I put on some black sweats with a blue T-shirt and with some warm socks.I went to my room and saw Angel and Mari sleeping.I carried them to there rooms.I put on a movie then in the middle of it my mom came in yelling "Where the hell out my freaking shoes and pant!?" "I don't know..what the hell man!?" "They were on the freaking couch and there not there where are they damn it!?!" "How the hell am I supposed to freaking know it's not my fault you're not responsible!".She came over and hit my arm,"Don't talk to me like that you piece of sh*t!","Don't freaking touch me and why don't you look for your stuff yourself damn it?!!".She stormed out of my room.
