Chapter 6

When I wake up I check the time.Holy guacamole!!Its 7:45!"Ugh",I groan and head towards my bathroom to wash up.I check the time again and it's 7:50.I hurry up and put some black  basketball shorts and a black T-shirt and my plain black converse on and put my hair in a high pony tail when I'm done I hurry to the kitchen and make my self a pp&j.Its already 7:55 and I'm serving myself milk.I hurry to my brothers and sisters room to wake them up to tell them to wash up."Tia Sol will come later to get you okay I love you" "Love you too" they say at the same time.I check the time one last time and it's 8:00.I run outside to get to Leo's truck."Sorry!Im late I woke up at 7:45!".He chuckles,"Hey don't worry about it it's fine".He starts the car and I turn on the stereo.The song "Hello"comes on."Our song!!",We say and turn to each other and start laughing."Hello from the other side!!!!".We scream "I must've called a thousand time!!"We start laughing.After the song is finish he asked me if I'm hungry."Nah I ate a pp&j"I say "You sure your not hungry I was gonna stop at McDonald's?" I shrug and say it's fine."Okay I'm just gonna get and iced coffee k".We pull up to the drive thru and he turns to me again "Are ya sure you don't want anything?" "Yes Leo esta bien(it's okay)" "alrighty",he turns to the intercom and orders.We wait until he get is iced coffee.

When he gets his iced coffee he takes a sip "oh yeah that's the stuff..hey!" I take it away from his hand a take a long sip,"Hey that mine!" He complains,I shrug and give the drink back to him as I smirk and he rolls his eyes with a smile.We finally arrive to school 5 minutes late.We walk into class and everyone's eyes are on us "What?" We say as we walk to our seats."You guys are 5 minutes late Ms.Valdez and Mr.Valencuela why is that hmm?" "Traffic" Leo says "Woke up late" I say."I have to send you to the office to get a pass" "uh k" we say together and walk to the door.We turn to each other and smirk "See ya later suckers!"We say in harmony.The class starts laughing as we walk out.We chuckle and head towards the office.We go to the front desk and a lady about twenty-two looks up."Yes?" She says in a squeaky voice.We try to hide our  laughs because she sounds like a mouse.She rolls her eyes "Why are you here kids?" "We entered class late and out teacher said to come Miss",Leo says."Why are you late?"she says again in her squeaky voice and we can't help but laugh out loud."I'm not gonna ask again kids before I send you to the principles office for being disrespectful"she says as she raises her voice."Sorry haha it's just-"Leo tries to say "It's just hahaha y-y-you sound like a f**king mouse mam hahaha" "Holy sh*t!man why is your voice like that tho hahaha!"Leo says."That's it you two you guys are being disrespectful and using foul language go sit down now!while I call principle Diaz!",We laugh and head towards to the chairs."Damn man it's the s-second  d-day haha of sophomore year and we're going to the pr-p-principles office!"Leo stutters while still laughing "Hahah I d-don't ca-ca-care"I stutter while laughing."Leo and Hazel?",We stop laughing and giggle,and turn to see a tall buff man in a gray suit with tan colored skin and black hair,We turn to each other and mouth "Woah" and giggle."Come with me now please" We jump up and say "okay".we follow him to his office and we sit down on comfy chairs"Hey dude these are hella comfy!"Leo says and I laugh.Principle Diaz sits down in front of his desk seeing us laugh he finally says "Do not call me 'dude' Mr.Valencuela"He says and Leo laughs "Don't call me Mr.Valencuela it makes me sound old"I laugh louder."Alright enough!"and we giggle "Are you two high?" We turn to look at him with smirk "Nope!"we say making the popping sound with the 'p' "Sir we are not high because we are low sitting in your chairs",I say and Leo and me laugh"You guys have been laughing for ten minutes!"Diaz says."Stop it before I call your parents!" We stop but giggle when we see Diaz's face turning red with anger."You guys have detention after school!"We turn to say "Ah come on man don't be like that!" "Enough! Stop complaining and get back to class now!" "Ugh fine"we say and walk out laughing.The lady with the squeaky voice just looks at us and we smirk "See ya later  Miss Mouse!"and we run to our class and burst the door open and make the students jump especially the teacher.We bust up laughing and high-five each other and go to our seats giggling.The intercom comes on and says,"Leo Valencuela and Hazel Valdez remember you to have detention after school for what you did" says a voice we recognized and we burst out laughing and every one stared at me and then Leo on the other side of the class.We say at the same time "Take a picture it'll last longer"and we smirk.
