The wind was howling, it made your ears hurt. But it didn't matter since you were freezing.

'Damn it's cold...' You quietly whisper to yourself as you trudge through the harsh blizzard of snow. It had been a weird day for you, you went for a short walk...at least, that's what you told your mother. You wanted an adventure, something that would take you out of your comfort zone...today, you would see if the stories your mother told you were true. The climb to the top of the mountain was a hard and slightly terrifying, but you persevered and stayed determined. When you reached the top, you peered into a hole and gazed into the abyss of darkness that lingered within. You wanted a closer look, but your feet must've tripped on a loose pebble, for you fell right into the abyss. You yelled in shock as you fell, deeper and deeper getting darker and darker. It was scary as hell. You landed on a bed of flowers which slightly broke your fall, that's when you in countered Flowey...the flower. He rambled on about LOVE and 'friendliness pellets' before attacking you with the friendliness pellets. If it had not been for a kind...goat...woman, you would've been dead. The goat woman referred to herself as 'Toriel', funny, it kind of sounds like Tutoriel...weird. She cared for you, guided you around the 'Ruins' and gave you a nice home. But you knew you had to leave, you told Toriel you must leave. She got flustered and upset and said she had to go 'check on something' and hurried off. You found her in the basement, she said she was going to destroy the only door that could lead you out of the Underground. She tested your strength and willingness and you passed with Mercy like she taught you. She hugged you before she left, you brushed a tear away before entering the door.

'I wish I stayed, it was warmer in the house.' You huffed. The trees towered over you as you walked, you were surprised you could even see them through the blizzard. You came across a bridge, it had a weird design. It looked as if it was supposed to not be accessible but you slipped through the bars with little difficulty. You suddenly stopped, a distant snap rung in your ears. You thought for most of the trip in the snow that you felt watched, but now your thoughts were coming to life. You started to sweat fear, you could hear crunching footsteps coming closer and closer.

'HUMAN' your eyes bulged out in fear. 'DONT YOU KNOW HOW TO GREET A NEW PAL?' Frankly, you didn't want a new pal right now, you were too worried about being killed. 'TURN AROUND AND SHAKE MY HAND' you felt as if you had no choice, you turned slowly and saw a hooded figure. You couldn't see it's face but you did see its outstretched hand...it was...boney? What the hell?? You reluctantly shook the stranger's boney hand and heard a loud, obnoxious fart noise. You stepped back in confusion as you heard the stranger laugh to himself, seemingly proud of the prank he pulled on you. 'Nah, just messing with you. My name is Sans, Sans the skeleton' he took his hood off to reveal that he was, indeed, a skeleton. He was short and had a everlasting grin on his face, it was weird but it also gave you a nice feeling. He also had eyesockets with white little tints that seem to serve the purpose of pupils.

'I-I'm (Y/N), (Y/N) the human' you said, trying to be humerus. He chuckled and his smile grew slightly wider.

'Ah, a human I see. Well, coincidently, I'm actually supposed to be on lookout for humans,' fear struck over you for the millionth time today, was he going to capture you? Kill you? Who knows?! 'But, I'm not feeling it. Plus, you seem like fun so I'll keep you around. As for my brother, well, he's a human hunting fanatic!'

You heaved a sigh of relief. Sans looked as if he was going to say something else until a shreek of a voice called from some distance away.

'SAAAAANS? SANS, WHERE ARE YOU??' Sans quickly turned to you.

'Uh oh, it's my bro. Quick, behind that conveniently shaped lamp!' You turned to him in confusion, you saw him pointing at a lamp that was conveniently shaped like you. Without another thought, you dove to the lamp and positioned yourself behind the lamp and stayed very still.

'SANS, THERE YOU ARE! IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU!' A much taller skeleton strode towards Sans. Sans shrugged.

'Ive been here, hanging with this lamp.' Sans gestured at the lamp, 'wanna check it out?' The taller skeleton flew into a rage.

'NO! I DO NOT WANT TO HANG OUT WITH YOUR LAMP, YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE LOOKING OUT FOR HUMANS!' Sans shoved his boney hands into his jacket pockets.

'Sorry Papyrus, just being myself y'know what i mean?' The taller skeleton glared at Sans.

'YES, I KNOW, JUST GET BACK TO WORK!' The taller skeleton left in a huff.
