“I knew it,” Severus mumbled to himself looking out the window of his own compartment. “I need to talk to Albus.”
*After the long train ride*
I walked quickly to Albus’s office to speak to him about that mudblood Lamprey. I charged through the door.
“Hello Albus,” I said sitting down on a chair near his desk.
“Severus,” he smiled and bowed his head a bit. “What’s so important?”
“Remember that girl Lora Lamprey?” I asked raising an eyebrow.
“Oh yes the one that saved someone from falling off a cliff with magic when she was only 3,” he shook his head. “What about her, Severus?”
“Well I miraculously ran into her in London King Cross today,” I said pursing my lips a bit.
“Really, well her parent’s didn’t want her to be a witch because they didn’t answer the letter, remember?”
“Yes, yes I know but do you think I could possibly teach her now?” I asked not giving him any eye contact knowing he could read my expressions well.
“Oh Severus, what ever made you want to do that?” laughed Albus.
“I-I don’t know.”
“Is she pretty?”
“Very,” I said almost letting myself blush.
He grunted. “Do whatever you’d like, Severus,”
“I’ll think about it,” I said turning towards the door.
I began walking to the great hall to sit down for the sorting ceremony. Albus came in a few minutes after me. The first years walked in with big eyes studying the big room.

I couldn’t seem to stop thinking about that man in the station. When you thought about it he was quite handsome dark and mysterious but yet expressionless and rude. I sat at my desk and daydreamed.
“What’s wrong with you?” asked my friend Tara.
“Oh there was just this guy in King Cross today,” I said leaning on my cheek.
“Mmmmm, who?” she said in an interested voice.
“Oh I uh don’t know it was a man in black capes he was quite odd but handsome and extremely rude,” I said breathlessly.
“Oh so is he like mysterious?”
“Very.”
“So what happened?”
“Well first he got pushed into me and then he asked if I was following him and last but not least he called my shoes annoying!” I said annoyed.
“Sounds charming,” she laughed
I grunted.
“Well excuse me I have some work to do, see ya later,” she left and I sat still in a little stage about what happened this morning. I wonder what he would’ve been doing right now, probably teaching magic.

Severus sat bored in the great hall watching people get sorted into houses. There were tons that got sorted into Slytherin which was odd. Lots of dunderheads to teach this year. I just sipped some pumpkin juice and stared as Albus did his welcome speech. I was still thinking about Lora she was so beautiful and grown up from the 3 year old I saw. Maybe I will teach her i’d be something to stare at. I smirked but I quickly wiped it off because people noticed, I sneered at them. Finally it was over I was thinking about how i’ll approach her tomorrow. Well we’ll see tomorrow I guess.
