"The Zombie Book"

H-hello...

       Your p.o.v..

   I'm walking through the woods calmly. Waiting, hopefull to find a refuge camp. Or maybe a little food or water. All I have is a worn an ripped black hoodie. The strings don't even work... I have blue jeans with a rip near my thigh and a faded shirt with a video game logo on it. A thin gray backpack with a sketch book and almost gone pencil. Along with a bottle of water that I filled last time I saw a stream. And then the words that changed my life was formed in my ears.         

  "H-hey lady! Duck!!!" Whilst ducking and grabbing the machete that I keep on a buckle, I realized something.  In my head I screamed at myself, 'A person!!!' And jumped up quickly, machete in hand only to find not one, but multiple zombies. Before I could even swing at the first one, the boy that yelled at me from before came running up with... "A baseball bat!?"

 "Yeah! Academy, like your machete!" He pays attention to detail... Good. He swung the baseball bat right in front of me, and the head of the now hideous person in front of me swung back. "Hey lady now's your chance!! Swing at its neck!" Th-thats a great idea! In less the 3 second the machete was to my side and then, WHACK.... 

   It's head was clean off. " Thank you... I've n-never killed one that fast " He looked at me and I looked back only to be greeted with big beautiful blue eyes as clear as the sea. 'Woooaaahhh' I thought. Then he grabbed my hand. "Okay then!" I said as I started running along with Mr. Blue eyes here. "So Miss Mysterious, whats your name?" OK well that nickname is awesome! I'll bring it up later as will I bring up 'Mr. Blue eyes' later. "Oh yeah sorry! My name is (y/n). " 

    " Well that's a very pretty name (y/n)!" Heat. Heat was spread all over my cheaks. "Th- thank you! OK so you've learned my name. What yours Mr. Blue eyes? " Yes!! I played it cool! "Hmm.. Mr. Blue eyes. I like it. Anyways my name is Cody. And I'll call you Miss Mysterious if you keep calling me Mr. Blue eyes. I know you like it!" He shouted as we came to a stop. A small refuge camp was in the place of the Autumn woods. I saw a few boys there. In fact if I took one more step I would be the only girl. I stood in awe at the camp as I said to Mr. Blue eyes over here that just changed by life... "It's a deal Mr. Blue.." I stuck my hand out to shake it, but nothing came my way. I directed my gaze from the camp to him.

  "One more thing.... Join our little refuge camp. And then you will be little Miss Mysterious!" He said to me, with a big smile. I widened my eyes and jumped into his arms. "Mr. Blue you just changed my life!" As he returned the hug I heard his whisper to me.. "OK Miss Mysterious, get ready for a better life." "Yeah maybe having a partner in killing, will make zombies work" He took my hand and lead me into the camp... New faces and a new life. "Hopefully they'll like me" I whispered. Cody stopped me and looked me right in the eyes. "They will love you!"
