"The Zombie Book"

Me! Me. Me...

 I walked back over to the rock and patted next to me. Cody ran over and sat next to me. He opened his mouth, but I cut him off and started a long story.. 

   "When I was five... I started school. A-and the very first person I met outside of my family, was a person that ruined my life. H-her name was Iris. A-and she was the first bully, the first 'friend' I ever had. She would physically harm me and threaten me. " if you don't give me ten dollars, I won't be your friend anymore! " B-by the end of every week, she had twenty to thirty dollars..." I took a little sniffle in and started shaking a bit. 

    "And she left without a word. For three years.. I was completely alone. With no friends. The very first friend I had since then was when I was nine.. Nine!" I took in a deep breath and started shaking more. "His name, Martin.. And he was the first friend I had in so long, I didn't know how to act, exactly... And he left me.. He abandoned me. And, and I only had one friend after that. My whole life consisted of three people that I trusted. I don't even know them any more. Me and Oliver. We stuck together for many years.. Seven or eight maybe. Since I was ten to the day the apocalypse hit my town.. He was the very first one that turned. And my whole motivation to live through this and find a cure. L-like I'm gonna live.. Heh..." I started shaking and a tear feel through. Cody put his arm around me. 

   "Hey... (Y/N)? Why are you so happy? With a past.. As bad as mine?" 

    Cody's P.O.V

     I looked at (Y/N) with a confused expression.  She looked right at me and said, with the cutest face she has made so far.. "Because.. If I don't act happy, I don't feel happy.. And if I don't feel happy... I-i cry.. And look weak.. A-an.." (Y/N) started crying again. And I swear, what I did next was the dumbest, stupidest, but bravest thing that I have ever done.. I lifted her chin, and kissed her. It was.. Not only my first kiss.. But a passionate and loving kiss. " (Y-(Y/N), why are you so gulable? N-no matter what.. You shouldn't listen to those dumb people. The memories of Oliver are no longer.. But I'm here now. So shut up.. and smile.." (Y/N) looked at me for a second, dumbfounded, and smiled, a bright, vivid, beautiful smile.

   Not only was this the best thing that ever happened, but it was the most exciting. I made some one smile! (Y/N) leaned up against my shoulder. And started bobbing her head. Then..

   She fell asleep.

 I'm SO sorry for alot of things... This chapter, VERY cheesy and escalated to fast. Im litterally not even a teenager yet!! So its crappy. Please, PLEASE, comment. I'd love to hear suggestions.
