Charlotte's pov
After a week of school, Mia was in the drama club, Charlotte was in the glee club as well as the dance club with Anshley.
Charlotte was walking to school and she walked past Ryder.
"Hey, Star!" Ryder shouted.
"Hey!" Charlotte replied.
"I was wondering if you're free tomorrow night?" Ryder asked.
"Yeah," Charlotte said with a smile on her face.
"Okay, great! I was wondering if you'd like to go to that carnival near the pier," Ryder said.
"A carnival?"
"Actually it's not really a carnival it's more of like an amusement park. So would you like to go?"
"Sure" Charlotte replied trying act cool to hold in her smile.
Ryder smiled at Charlotte and said," Okay then, I'll pick you at 5?"
"Okay," Charlotte said. She walked away and giggled while Ryder was hi-five-ing random people.
On Saturday night, 5pm, Charlotte wore a black tee tucked in a buttoned down denim skirt with a pair of black combat boots.
A few minutes later, Ryder rang the doorbell and he wore a white shirt with a black leather jacket, a pair of Jeans and a pair of timberlands.
"You look great!" Ryder said.
"Thanks! You too! I like your leather jacket," Charlotte said.
"Thanks! Should we go now?" Ryder asked. Charlotte nodded, they went to his car and drove to the carnival.
Ryder and Charlotte arrived at the carnival. After playing some games at different booths and riding all the rollercoasters and bumper cars, Ryder bought Charlotte a corndog for her and himself. They shared a laugh and decided to go to the pier. Charlotte and Ryder sat at the pier and watched the sun set together.
"The sunset is so beautiful." Charlotte said while admiring the sunset. Ryder stared at Charlotte as if she was an angel and Charlotte said," why are you looking at me like that?"
Ryder remained silent, leaned towards her and kissed her.
After the kiss, Ryder brought Charlotte home and gave her a kiss on her cheek and said,"See you tomorrow in school." Ryder said.
