Chapter 16

(Filler Alert)

*Austin's P.O.V*

The sky begins to dim to shades of purple and orange with hints of red and yellow here and there. I check my phone real quick and see it's 6:55 pm. I didn't think that much time passed, dang. I look over to Madison and see her start to drift asleep. I let my hand go from her grasp as I start to gather everything up.

In five minutes everything is put away and I managed not to wake Madison up, thank god. I pick her up gently, and then kneel down slowly so I can grab the basket. I go to the tree Luke said he was going to take McKenna to and I stand there for a minute wondering how to get there attention.

"Psssst." I try to whisper loud enough for them to see me.

"What?" I see Luke say as he pops he head out.

"Can go we go?" i say motioning to Madison in my arms.

Luke looks back as he responds, "Sure."

I wait a couple minutes and a basket drops to the ground right in front me. A minute later Luke climbs down with a half asleep McKenna attached to his back. He slowly kneels down and grabs the basket before walking to the car. In five minutes we finally get to the car. Luke gets his keys from his pocket and unlocks the car, he goes to gently sit McKenna down in the passengers seat, as I do the same, but putting Madison in the seat behind the driver's. I buckle Madison in and lightly close the door, I walk to my side and buckle in and wait for Luke.

A minute later Luke sits in his seat and starts to the car. Minutes and minutes pass as the familiar scenery passes quickly by. We finally reach Madison and I's house. I thank Luke before getting out, I go to the other side a unbuckle Madison, and softly picking her up. I shut the door and walk up to the front door I turn around and give a small wave to Luke before they drive off. I open the door and walk in, soon closing the door.  I look around and see nobody else is awake, weird.

"Mmm where are we?" Madison sleepily mumbles.

"Home." I say softly.

"Okay..." She says snuggling into my chest.

I walk upstairs and set her down on our bed. I go to her closet and grab her a pair of shorts and a t-shirt. I quickly undress her and dress her back up again in the pajamas I got.

I tuck Madison under the covers as I whisper, "Goodnight."

I go to where my clothes are and change into a pair of sweat pants before hoping into bed right beside Madison.

I begin to drift asleep as I mumble a quiet, "I love you."

*McKenna's P.O.V*

I pretend to sleep as I feel Luke carry me into the house from the car, I jump a small bit as I hear the door slam. Luke sits on the couch and tries to take me off of his back, but I only grip on harder. Pretty sure he knows I'm awake as he tries to tickle me off, causing me to squirm around. I manage to on his back as I tickle him back.

"Come on McKenna time to get off my back." Luke says giving up.

"Nope." I say back popping the p.

He lets out a sigh as he gets up and heads to the bathroom.

"What do you think you're doing Hemmings?" I ask poking his head.

"I gotta pee then take a shower, duh." Luke says back.

"I don't wanna get off your baaaack." I whine.

He shrugs his shoulders as he steps into the bathroom.

"This is your chance to get off." Luke says as he unzips his pants.

I sigh and carefully jump off his back. I go out of the bathroom, closing the door behind me. All of the sudden I get a great idea and call Michael.

"Hey Michael, what's up?" I say casually.

"Hey! Just sitting in bed with Sam." Michael says back.

"Well I need you to do me a favor..." I tell him.

"Carry on." He says back interested.

*Michael's P.O.V*

I drive over to McKenna and Luke's place with Sam in the passenger's seat next to me.

"This is going to be fucking great!" I say laughing to Sam.

"Hells to the yes i am going to get all of this on camera." Sam says as we high five.

In a few minutes we finally arrive. Sam and I get out of the car and go up to the front door and softly knock. A couple seconds later McKenna opens the door and motions for us to come in.

"Okay Sam go set up your camera and Michael you come with me." McKenna whispers.

Sam nods her head as she tip toes up the stairs, and disappears down the hall.

McKenna and I go to the cough and she hands me a light brown wig she just happens to have, okay then. I put the wig over my bright red hair and mess with it a bit to get the small, annoying stands out of my face.

"Okay come on." McKenna says walking towards the stairs.

We quietly make our way up the stairs and she leads me to her and Luke's room. She opens the door revealing Sam just finishing putting up the camera. Sam gives up a thumbs up as she leaves the room.

"Lay down on the bed okay with your back towards the other side of the bed." McKenna instructs.

I lay down with my back turned towards the other side of the bed, I feel somebody get on the bed and start moving around my hair. After a few seconds the person that was most likely McKenna leaves the room as I hear the door shut. I lay there on the bed for a few minutes when I hear the door creak open. I hear whoever it is shuffle around as I try to stay as natural as I can.

I feel the bed dip down behind me as I hand wraps around me waist and my eyes go wide as I stay calm. 

I hear Luke's voice behind me say, " Goodnight, I love you."

I manage to not laugh as the door bursts open, revealing McKenna and Sam.

"Knew it Muke forever!" McKenna yells as she jumps cheering with Sam.

Luke turns to me as I turns towards him and he literally falls off the bed.

"What the fuck even just happened?" Luke asks looking at McKenna.

"This is what you get for making me get off your back, I was comfortable af." McKenna says crossing her arms.  "Oh it was also hilarious, and did I mention I got it on video." 

"Oh my god." Luke says.

"Yea the 5SOS fam is going to go insane over this." She says smiling.

"Yup." Sam joins in agreement.

"That was the best thing ever though." I say laughing as I take off the wig.

"Yup." Sam says, as she gets the camera.

"Okay well I'm tired peace out." I say waving a goodbye as I walk out with Sam.

"Bye!" I hear McKenna yell as I shut the front door behind me. 

Me and Sam high five each other, laughing as we both drive home.

*Luke's P.O.V*

"Well remind me to never take you off my back again." I say rubbing the back of his neck.

"Mhm." McKenna hums as she gets changed into my t-shirt in front of me not caring.

I crawl back into the bed and wait for her to get in bed also. McKenna puts her clothes into the hamper and jumps into bed.

"Goodnight, I love you so much." I sleepily say as I wrap an arm around her.

"Love you even more, goodnight." She says back snuggling into the pillows.
