Chapter 15

*Madison's P.O.V*

We head out of the house and into McKenna and Luke's black SUV, Austin and I sit in the middle row while McKenna and Luke sit in front. We all buckle up as Luke pulls out of the driveway. We drive and drive down streets I've never seen before, taking all of these twists and turns. As we keep on driving I fall into a deep sleep, resting my head on to the side.

I'm shaken awake as I notice we're not moving anymore. I open my eyes as the bright light floods my eyes making everything barely see able. In a few seconds my vision clears and I see it's Austin on my left with my door open.

"Hey, c'mon time to get up." He whispers to me.

I nod and sit up and unbuckle my seat belt. I step out of the car, Austin quickly taking my hand. I take a look around and see we're at some carnival. We follow behind McKenna and Luke as they swing they're hands together. We get to a balloon dart game and Luke gives the guy money for darts, he gives half to McKenna and the other half to himself, they star throwing the darts not missing one yet, but when Luke runs out of darts Austin lets go of my hand and up to Luke whispering something in his ear. Luke nods before Austin walks off.

"Um, where's he going?" I ask going up to Luke.

"Somewhere." He says shrugging. 

I sigh as Luke turns his attention back around as McKenna receives a stuffed animal. They leave the stand and signal for me to follow. I stand right next to them as they hold hands as I feel like a third wheel.

"So... how are you two doing?" I ask trying to make a conversation.

"Good, good... how are you and Austin?" McKenna asks.

"Getting better." I say shrugging my shoulders

"Oh and how's your lil baby?" Luke asks as the three of us stop in front of a duck game.

"Doing just great, I have an appointment soon." I say smiling.

"Well wanna play this?"Luke asks motioning to the duck game.

"Sure." I say going to pull out my wallet, but Luke stops me as he says for it.

"Thanks..." I mumble as I kneel down to grab the only blue duck out of the rest.

"Look on the bottom to see what you got." The game lady says.

I nod my head and when I look on the bottom I see a small box. I take the box out from under the duck and open it. I cover my hand over my mouth as my eyes well up in tears as I see a ring with one blue diamond in the center. I look up from the ring and see Austin standing in front of me. He reaches out taking both of my hands as he slides the ring onto my ring finger.

He grabs both of my hands gently as he says, " Madison, I know I messed up and did things I shouldn't have, but I'm done with those ways. I just want you to know through whatever we go through together, whatever fights we may have, whatever life throws at us I will always love you and this ring is a promise ring, to promise that'll I'll love you forever and to promise that one day that we will be standing at an alter together becoming man and wife, and to promise I will always be there for you and our baby."

As he finishes his sentence I jump into his arms, crying as he just holds me tight.

"Awwwwwe adorable." McKenna says, but Luke then shushing her.

I let out a soft laugh as he gently sets me down onto the ground. We intertwine our hands as I wipe a tear that falls with my free hand.

"Did you guys now about this?" I ask turning towards McKenna and Luke.

"Duh." Luke says as if it was completely obvious.

"C'mon there's more." Austin says pulling me along with the other couple following behind.

We keep on walking and end up away from the carnival and by a lake that has a small park near it. Austin leads me to where a blanket and picnic basket is.

"PEACE OUT BISHES!" McKenna yells running to the swings, Luke running after her. I roll my eyes and lay down right next to Austin.

"How are you so amazing?" I ask looking up to the blue sky.

"How are you so beautiful?" Austin asks back making me blush.

"Whatever you weirdo." I say back pinching his cheek.

"Well let's eat." Austin says sitting up.

*Luke's P.O.V*

"Get back here!" I yell chasing after McKenna.

"You'll never catch me!" she says laughing uncontrollably.

I catch up to her a bit more and she turns her head around still running.

"You and your long ass legs, I swear to god Hemmings!" She yells turning back around.

"Give up already!" I yell getting tired.

"Never!" she yells getting a bit farther away.

I finally catch up to her after five more minutes of running and pick her up twirling her around.

"Dammit..." she mumbles.

"Caught you." I say smiling at her.

"Whatever Hemmings." McKenna says quickly pecking my lips.

I lean down to kiss her more, but she escapes my grasp and runs to the swings. She quickly sits down looking innocent as I cross my arms at her.

"What?" she says innocently.

"You know what." I say back.

"Hmm...nope." she says pretending to think for a moment.

"Mhmmm" I hum stepping closer.

She goes to run, but I catch her putting her over my shoulder.

"Let me go." she says hitting my back.

"Never, the view is pretty good." i say with a smirk she can't see.

"Same here." she say poking my butt as she laughs a bit.

"Can you not poke my butt?" I ask.

"Nope." McKenna says continuing to poke my butt.

I keep on walking to where I have something set up as she still pokes my butt. We get there quickly thanks to my long legs and I set her down.

"Why are we in front of a tree?" McKenna asks looking at me.

"I don't know. Go find out." I say motioning for her to go up a ladder I had put out.

She climbs up the ladder as I follow behind her. 

"Luke...you didn't have to do this." McKenna says as she looks at the small date I had set in the tree having a perfect view of the sky.

"You deserve it and this is to make up for that one date." I say smiling as I sit next to her.

"Love you." She says laying her head on my shoulder, grabbing a sandwich I packed out of the basket.

"Love you more than you'll ever know." I say also grabbing a sandwich.

*Austin's P.O.V*

Me and Madison lay here looking at the sky in silence.

"What are we going to do when the baby is here?" Madison asks out of the blue.

"We're going to love that baby with all of our hearts. It'll be tough, but I'll help you in every way I can." I say.

"Love you." Madison says lacing our hands together.

"Love you to the moon and back." I say squeezing our hands slightly.
