Chapter 26

I hear a door slam. I rub my eyes as they adjust to the light.

"McKenna, Ashton?" I call out.

"Oh it's Luke sorry," Luke walks in with his hands in his pockets.

"What do you want?" I yawn.

"McKenna wanted me to wake you up so we can all go somewhere," Luke plays with his lip ring.

"Oh cool, I'll be ready in a few," I get out of bed as Luke leaves the room.

I grab my black overalls, a random t-shirt, and my black converse. I quickly strip and put on the clothes. I grab my purse, makeup bag, and phone and head out the door to the emo's (5SOS) room.

I knock on the door and in no time, I see a beaming Andrea.

"Hey, somebody woke up," she jokes.

I roll my eyes, "ha, ha, very funny."

"Luke shut up! I'll be out in a minute!" I hear McKenna yell?

"What's that about?" I ask plopping myself onto the bed next to Sam, Michael, and Calum.

"McKenna won't let Luke in the bathroom,"Sam replies as she messes with Michael's hair.

"What does he want in there for?" I ask getting up.

They all shrug. I walk towards the bathroom, "Luke why do you want in there?"

"I don't know," he shrugs his shoulders.

I roll my eyes, "McKenna let me in I need to do my makeup and hair," I call from outside the door.

I hear the click of the door unlocking. I open the door and quickly lock it once I'm in the bathroom.

"Not cool Madison." Luke whines.

"Shut up Hemmings," I yet again roll my eyes.

McKenna zips up a bag as she steps away from the mirror, "Want me to do your makeup?"

"I guess," I shrug.

"Sit," she commands pointing to the toilet.

I sit down on the toilet seat lid as I let her do whatever she wants with the makeup.

"I swear if you fuck up my face you'll be going six feet under," I mumble as she just laughs.

"Close your eyes," she mumbles. I feel the fluffy brush run across my eyelid over and over.

Finally, I hear a bag zip up, "Done," McKenna announces.

I open my eyes and blink a few times as I stand up, "thanks."

"No problem," she walks about of the bathroom taking her bag with her.

I grab the already heated curling iron on the counter and start to curl my hair. I hear a loud knocking on the door as I finish. I put my hair up into a high ponytail as I walk out of the bathroom, making sure to turn off the lights.

I walk out of the room and my heart drops. There stands Austin in the doorway casually talking to Calum.

I feel a tug on my arm as somebody whispers into my ear," you alright?"

I look at McKenna and nod she nods back and walks over to Luke.

"Madison!" Austin calls out to me smiling.

I walk over to him, "Hey," he wraps me in a hug.

"Bitch," he mutters into my ear.

He lets me go and tightly wraps his arm around my shoulders.
