A New Beginning (CNCO)

Chapter 4

*peep* *peep* *peep* *peep* *peep*
I woke up startled. I quickly turned my alarm off because it was too loud. I sat on my bed for a while trying to remember what had happen. "It was just a dream" I said to myself. "But why? Why did I have a dream like this? Is Joel really like that or am I just making my mind up."

My mom was calling for me to go help her clean the house. "Ok I'll be right there just let me change my cloths mom!" I yelled so that she could here me. I love my mom she is the best mom I could ever have and my dad, he is the best dad I could ever have too! I love both of them. I can't forget about my siblings either they are just something special. Especially Angel, she admires me, I'm a role model to her. She said that when she was 4 years old and even till today she is 10 and keeps saying that she wants to be like me when she grows up. I love her a lot too and my little brother, God he's just an adorable 5 year old kid and loves to play soccer too. I still kept thinking about Joel. There is something in him that I... that I cant even explain.

I finished putting on my clothing and headed downstairs with my mom, where Angel, Dom and Alex were. As soon as I got there I asked, "Where's dad?" While looking around to see if I saw him. "He's at the backyard talking to some guys." My mom responded while pulling out some photo albums. "What guys?" I asked curiously. "Some guys who will be putting a pool, you know it's January and it's going to take time so we decided to call some guys to help us so that when March gets here we could go in and have carne asadas!"
"Yay!" I said thrilled.

I helped my mom unpack the dishes and cups to place then in the kitchen cabinets. Alex was helping some guys fix the living room, like the furniture, tv  and stuff like that. Angel and Dom where running around and looking for their toys inside the boxes. I trust my mom in everything, she understands me so I love talking to her.

We heard a knock on the door. I went to the door to check out who it was and it was Sarah. While I opened it I yelled "Sarah!" and we hugged each other. "Come in!" I said and I heard my mom yelled "Hi Sarah!" from the dining room. "Did you come alone?" I asked looking through the window to see if anyone was out there. "Yes. I just came to invite you to a party for this Saturday, it's just 2 days away."
"Who's party is it?"
"It's Erick's birthday, you know, one of the guys you meet yesterday before we played soccer. And also the rest of the guys will be there too."
"Ahh! I remember him" I responded. "Yeah him, well it's going to be at his house and the good thing is that his house is right next to your house!" My eyes widen and I said, "Really?"
"Yess Bella."
"So he's turning 15 right?"
"Yes and don't worry you don't have to bring him a present, I'll come pick you up to go together ok? And trust me it will be fun"
"Yeah, wait hold on let me ask my mom if I could go." I ran to my mom and she said, "Mom, Sarah just invited me to go to a party on Saturday, can I go? It's just right next to our house."
"Only if you have your room clean and everything put in place by Saturday."
"Okay mom I will!" And I gave her a kiss on the cheek and said, "I love you mom, your the best!" And I ran back to where Sarah was. "Yeah just text me when your on your way and like around what time will the party start?"
"Around 8."
"Ok sounds perfect."
"Well I gatta go, I have to go buy a dress for that day."
"Ok thanks for the invite, see you on Saturday." And we gave each other another hug and I opened the door for her to leave.

I stayed at the door until she had left in to her house which was across the street and 3 houses down from mine. I shut the door and went upstairs to finish cleaning my room. "Wait did she just say all the guys will be there?" I thought to myself. Then my dream came back again to my mind. "No Bella. It was just a dream."

For the next two days I finished cleaning my room and putting stuff away in my closet and drawers.

It was finally Saturday and it was the day of the party. I took a long great feeling shower and I wrapped my hair in a towel so it could dry. I went to my closet to pick what I would be wearing to the party. I looked through and through and "Aha!" I picked out a white/beige dress with 2 inch black high heels. I didn't want to grab a lot of attention so I went with a regular looking color. I picked out my bra and panties but made sure they were both white. I went to my bathroom again and started to place foundation around my face. Then I started to contour my face and filling in my eyebrows a little. Then I put on eyeshadow, eyeliner and lipgloss. I got my hair out the towel and started to put on heat protector on my hair and started to blow dry it. An hour and a half passed by and I decided to put on my dress.

Thirty minutes later I got a text from Sarah saying *I'm walking to your house right now!* I texted her back *Ok!* I walked downstairs to tell my parents and sibling I was about to leave. The doorbell ringed and I opened it. I saw a group of girls and luckily they were more of my cousins! I hugged all of them and we started to walk towards Ericks house. I thought to myself, "I hope this party turns out great."
