A New Beginning (CNCO)

Chapter 10

My heart dropped, I could feel my eyes get watery and my cheeks red. I didn't know what to do. At first I thought it was my imagination but it wasn't. I spotted Erick looking at my direction so I quickly closed the blinds and ran to my bed and covered myself. My heart rate and breathing started to increased faster and faster. Did he see me looking at them? Was this on purpose to grab my attention? But isn't she suppose to be a fan? Then those words he told me at the dare game were just worthless.  Wtf!! He's such an asshole. Ughhhhhh why is this happening to me! Why are a lot of stuff going through my head right now.

I let my tears drop little by little and that image of them two was still wondering around in my mind. I tried to relax and go to sleep but why am I feeling this? I just tried to blank my mind out of it. I kept turning my body to the left then to the right then the left again. I can't go to sleep.

I grabbed my headphones and started to listen to some music. I could feel my eyes getting heavy until I fell into a deep sleep.

I woke up the next day kind of sad. I got ready and said to myself, he's just a simple boy, I'll get over him. I got ready for school and I didn't want my parents or Alex to know what I had saw, so I pretended that I was completely fine.

Alex dropped me off and he went with his other new friends. I walked towards a bench and I texted Sarah to see where she was. As I waited for her text, a girl walked up to me, which I had never seen before but she seemed like a nice, cool girl. She said "Hi, my name is Karen! I saw you from where I was sitting and I decided to make you company." "Hi! I'm Bella and it's nice for you to come up to me." I said in a friendly way. "Yes. I mean I was shy at first but you know I'm here now. So your new right? Because I haven't seen you around." "Yeah I am, today is my second day!"

I saw Sarah coming up to me with my other cousins. They were laughing and giggling on their way. I got up and told Karen "Karen, these three young ladies here are my cousins." I walked up to them and hugged them. Sarah, Victoria and Abigail introduced themselves to Karen. When he heard the bell ring, we all said goodbye and walked to class. I asked Karen "What class do you have?"
"I have math, how about you?"
"I have math too!"
"Really? Then let's walk together?"
"Ok" I said happily.

When we got to class, I saw Joel. He gave me a signal to come to him and I sat next to him. I told Karen to come sit behind me so we could be close. I introduced Joel to Karen and he said "Hi" to her and she said "Hi" too. Joel started to talk to me of how beautiful I looked and that he missed me.

The teacher started class and Joel thought it was really funny to start blasting music when the teacher was on the phone talking to the office. Everyone started to dance and rapping along the song. Karen and I giggled throughout the song because Joel's rapping was so adorable but funny at the same time. Our teacher got off the phone and started to dance to the song. Everyone went wild and listened to music for the rest of the class period.

When class ended, Karen and I went to go walk around the school and talk about our classes and getting to know each other even more. I heard my name, so I turned around to see who it was and it was Joel. As Joel came up to me, I smiled at him and gave him a huge hug and lord he smelled so good that I couldn't let go. But I did because I could see from the corner of my eye that Karen was trying to hide her face as she was blushing.

I backed away and he said "Hey I want to show you something." And I said "Sure, let me just get my friend's number and we can go." I walked up to Karen and I asked for her number and I asked her "Why did you blush? I saw you." I'll tell you by text, I'll let you two alone." And finished by giving me her number.
