Chapter One:
"So why do you want to ruin everything?" Holly asked as we headed towards the office. I could still hear people whispering about me as we walked down the corridor, but I didn't take notice. If they wanted to talk they could do it all they pleased, I was use to it anyway.
"To put it simply I want to ruin my parents reputation. I want the world to see them humiliated." I told her. She paused outside the office waiting patiently as I walk in and up to the counter. A lady probably in her twenty's sat chewing gum like a cow. She didn't even look up at I came in. I could tell by her thick make up and skin tight clothing that she thought she was pretty hot. I don't think that she realised that she looked like a hooker .
"Excuse me Barbie I'd like my schedule," I snapped sending her a sarcastic smile. Slowly she look up at my cloths until she reached my face. After a few seconds I could see that she recognised me as she quickly handed me my schedule.
"I'm sorry Miss Dylan's I didn't see you there," she stuttered looking around for help.
"Of course you didn't Barbie, Can I call you that?" I questioned, Dearing her to tell me no.
"If that's what you want." She cringed but nodded her head. "Um, you'll just need to sign this form," Barbie whispered hesitantly handing it to me.
"Sure,' I quickly scribbled some random lines on it before pushing myself off the desk. "I'll see ya later Barbie, don't miss me too much." Rolling my eyes I turned around ready to head out when I noticed a group of boys stepping in. None of them took any notice of me, but sent seductive smiles at Barbie.
I was going to let them pass without a hassle until one of them bumped me in the shoulder sending me to the ground. Brushing my pants off I stood up and tapped him on the shoulder. Just as slow as Barbie had been at the start he turned around, shooting daggers down at me.
"What." He snapped.
"Now now there's no need to be grumpy I just want an apology." He scoffed.
"And why would I apologies to you, nerd." I heard Barbie gasp and mutter something to the other boys but now I was getting grumpy.
'Obviously you don't know who I am,"
"Obviously,"
"Let me in form you then, ever heard of Scott Dylan's. Well lets just say me and him share the same last name, and he probably employees your parents. I'd hate for them to suddenly be not needed anymore." I could see the regret and panic in his eyes as he studied my face.
"You're Lexi Dylan's?" he asked.
"The one and only, now how about that apology."
"I'm sorry alright,"
"I don't think that was good enough. But I've got to go and make a few phone calls, toodles." I shot him a wink before heading out the doors to Holly. she seemed to be in an heated argument with some that look similar, I guessed it was her brother. Leaning up against the wall I watched in silence.
"Please Holly, I'll pay you back." he begged.
"It's not my fault you wrecked your car Bentley,"
"Come on it was an accident." She crossed her arms and glared up at Bentley.
"It's the second one this year, I know you're up to something and unless you tell me I'm not helping."
"I can't,"
"Well them I'm sorry," she shrugged and turned around to face me. "Ready to go?"
