As stupid as it sounds, I have always dream of saving the day just like in the movies. As a five-year-old girl, I can't help but tell everyone of my dream. My parents nodded absentmindedly at my endless chatters whereas my kindergarten friends laughed at me. I remembered that I felt ashamed of even thinking of the ridiculous idea.

It was my older brother who told me not to. In fact, when we were still young, my brother and I would play sword fighting and wrestling. I won every time and I didn't know that he let me at that time.

As my brother and I grew older, we played less and I soon forget about the dream of being a hero. Yet, I always believed that justice must always be served.

I had my moments of beating up bullies who were picking on the weaklings and was sent to the principal's office when I was in middle school. Because of this, no one dared stand in my way.

In my high school days, I pretty much pay more attention to my studies and friends. There are times I defend a few students without involving fists.

On one Tuesday, though, my childhood dream came true.

And it all came with one cost that changed my life forever.
