Xia walks down the trail taking in everything. The woods looked even more beautiful than before. To her friends, they just see it as trees covered in snow. Nothing special. But to her, it relaxes her senses and snow always excites her. She loved it when the snow falls gently on her tongue. She loved to ski down the slippery slopes of a mountain. She loved every minute of winter. It was her favorite season after all.

Suddenly, her phone vibrates in her pocket, bringing her back to reality. She stops and looks up at the sky as she took out her phone. It was filled with the colors yellow, orange, pink and dark blue. The sun was already starting to set.

"Dang, its getting dark already?" She whispers to herself. Xia reads her phone and sees a new text from Ace. It said:

'You better walk back now. I heard there's a blizzard coming tonight. Don't want you to be lost out there!'

Xia sighed and texted him back.

'No worries "DAD". I know what I'm doing.'

She puts her hands in her pockets and turns around.
Ugh, I wish Ace could stop. Xia starts to walk back to where she came from, following her footprints in the snow.

---------------------

After about 10 minutes of walking, she suddenly realizes something off with her footprints. Usually she's the only one walking in the woods in winter. No one else in the city would. All the citizens say its too cold for them. But as she stared at her own footprints longer, she saw another pair, nearly the same size as hers only bigger, of them near about 5 meters away from her own.

Xia, then gets the feeling that someone has been following or watching her the whole time when she was enjoying the sight of nature. She starts to imagine things in her mind and hears things even though they're not real.

She looks around to see if anyone was near. No one. Just her and Mother Nature. "Okay, okay, its probably just someone else...walking to go ice skating on the river..." she whispers to herself, even though she knows no one would do that because of how thin the ice was right now.

Xia kept walking for another 10 minutes but nighttime was falling fast. Suddenly the air became more colder than before and it started to snow heavily. The air turned from a gentle breeze to a cold gust. She realized the blizzard was near and ran as fast as she can through the snow, slowly piling up as time flies. Soon it snowed hard enough that Xia couldn't see her own footprints and she couldn't run anymore. Her left leg froze from the cold air and she was really tired.

"Aaaaand I'm lost. AGAIN." Xia says falling down in the snow miserably.

She wanted to call Ace to find her in the woods but she didn't want him to come and get mad at her for being lost. So instead she took out her phone and called Soni, Karu's "best friend"  for help.
