Apologizing

The next day came and Seunghyun decided to listen to Jiyong and go to school today, but he had a glare in his eyes, looking at everyone in anger.

"Seunghyun, you're back at school?!" Minhyuk asks, looking at Seunghyun surprised but had a smile on his face.

Seunghyun kissed his teeth as Minhyuk came up to him and started to talk to him. "Seunghyun...please forgive me." Minhyuk faintly says, stopping in his spot and grabbing the end of Seunghyun's school shirt to stop him from walking as well.

Seunghyun looked over his shoulder and saw Minhyuk who was frowning and pulls himself away as he asks "you really think I can forgive you from separating me from Jiyong?"

Minhyuk bit his bottom lip, trying to stop himself from letting tears rush down his cheeks. He then asks "Seunghyun...could I please speak to you privately?"

Seunghyun looked at Minhyuk for a bit and then sighed deeply as he says fine and Minhyuk leaded him behind the school so they could talk.

"What do you need to tell me, make it fast." Seunghyun says in an annoyed tone.

"Seunghyun, I'm really sorry" Minhyuk says, still biting his bottom lip so he wouldn't let tears rush down his cheeks.

"I already told you that I'm not forgiving you so stop trying to say you're sorry" Seunghyun says in anger, turning around but Minhyuk held onto Seunghyun's wrist.

"S-Seunghyun please hear me out." Minhyuk pleads, starting to let tears rush down his cheeks and Seunghyun got surprised with sudden tears and deeply sighed, turning around and facing Minhyuk once again.

"I wanted to say that I'm sorry...it was my fault that you were separated from Jiyong. I recognised that it was my fault. It was my fault because I wasn't strong enough to beat those people up, I wasn't strong enough to stand up to them...everything you taught me when you tried teaching me fighting skills, I forgot it all once it actually happened. That's my fault and I acknowledge that."

Minhyuk then continues to say "A-And when you came home with me that day, my mom was so happy that I finally had a friend and that someone actually stood up for me. She keeps asking me when you're coming back to our house for dinner like you promised. She keeps asking me, and when she asks me, I realise I lost someone important because I'm weak."

"I want to become stronger so I can stand up for myself and so that I don't have to rely on you anymore. So that next time when I'm getting teased, I can stand up for myself and beat those kids up by myself so you won't be the one taking the blame. If you don't want to be my friend anymore, that's alright with me. All I'm asking for is that...will you wait for me to become stronger...and when I do become stronger, can we fight together and be friends again?" Minhyuk asks, tears still rushing down his cheeks.

Seunghyun was staring at Minhyuk with a serious expression on his face, but then chuckled a bit, ruffling Minhyuk's hair, saying "alright, I'll wait for you."

"You will, you'll really wait for me?" Minhyuk asks, surprised and started wiping his tears away.

"Of course, I'll forgive you...only on one condition." Seunghyun says seriously looking into Minhyuks eyes.

Minhyuk then looked back into Seunghyun's eyes, a little tense since Seunghyun got all serious and says a faint "what is it?"

"When you finally do become stronger, I want you to fight me, I want to see how strong you can actually become. Who knows, maybe you'll become as strong as to actually take me down" Seunghyun says in a chuckle, ruffling Minhyuk's hair once again.

Minhyuk smiled as he says "I will!"

"Alright, come on let's go back to class" Seunghyun says in a smile, turning around and walking back into the school with Minhyuk following behind him.
