Tigress, I need you

Chapter 7

Tigress' pov:

I miss Huo. I miss his smile, his kind eyes. Lately I haven't been myself for the past couple of days ever since I left Huo there at the Black Tiger Clan - or what was left of it. I felt off, like something had been removed from me. I tried training more, but I've been I've been a bit sluggish, and I tried keeping my stoic face although I always looked sad. I can tell everyone was wondering about my change of mood - especially since my outburst at Po when I came back, but I hope they don't notice too much.

I said and continued training, wanting to get my mind off of the golden-eyed black tiger. It was rather difficult on my end considering I had just fallen for him. 'Did he miss me too? Does he think about me all the time?', I wondered.

Huo...

I miss him...

Po's pov:

I was worried for Tigress and so were the others. We all could tell she hasn't been herself lately ever since she came back. She's trying to keep to herself, but we all know there's something wrong. I mean, she trains more than usual, almost like 24/7, and she spaces out whenever we have a conversation. Everyday she just looks so sad. 'We really need Huo back.', I thought as I ate a couple of dumplings from my bowl. Tigress wasn't the only one who missed him. I also miss him. He was my third best friend and he always helped me prank Monkey and the others together.

I wonder where he is...

~ time skip ~

Right now we were training at the Training Hall, Tigress especially training hard and wearing herself out - well she always seems a bit sluggish these days. Anyways, during training Zeng had came into the Training Hall out of breath bearing news for us. I got excited. Did we have to fight another bad guy? Oh, Tigress so needs the distraction. Do we have to fight Taotie again? Or have the Lin Kuei come back? Oh, oh, oh! Are we going to have to go on a secret mission?! Oh, that would be so cool!

"Help," Zeng panted. " Taotie... haa.... in the... haaa... village...!"

We all gasped and immediately ran out the Training Hall to get right down to the village. Once we got to the village we saw Taotie with a new invention. It looked weird to be honest. Taotie laughed at our faces, "Behold! The Auto-ambulated Adapto-bot! With this-"

Yeah, yeah, I'll skip the part where he says his whole speech about his inventions stopping us and then eventually us destroying it. I was the first one to attack it, but I was thrown back when the machine belly-butted me. Wait a minute... Heeeey! That was my move!

"He just belly-butted Po! That's Po's move!", that's what I said!

The Furious 5 then started to attack Taotie's machine as he just sits there on the roof. The machine used all of a couple of traits the others had, so we were all defeated with our own moves. Suddenly, Huo jumped in like he did when he saved our butts last time from Taotie, but he had new weapons with him. Ooh! Cool! He used a staff that looked to be made of metal or stone to break the legs of the machine before throwing some bombs at it, making it shrink to as tall as Mantis. 'Woah! Were those shrink bombs? I gotta get Huo to tell me how to make those.', I thought. As I thought that he then stepped on the machine, crushing it to a several pieces, making Taotie yelp in fear.

Huo then turned to Taotie and growled out, "Get outta here before I kill you myself...,"

With that, Taotie flew away on his doo-hicky thing. The rest of us wiped the dust of ourselves and stood up, walking to up Huo with glad smiles on our faces.
