So I know this chapters really short, sorry gals and guys. I have to edit the other parts, that's why.

In the mean time....tell your freinds, family, enemies, strangers, pets! Anyone about my story, it would mean a lot!

"So do you like your frozen yogurt?" I asked.

"Stop trying to change the subject Gracie" Dylan laughed.

"Ok, ok sit down" We walked over to an empty table. I sighed

"Well I've never actually talked about it to anyone, I mean besides Dr. Robinson of course. So I don't really know what to say." I paused waiting for him to respond, but he just sat there patiently lingering for me to go on.

"Ok about 3 months ago one of my best friends Olivia, well sorry" I looked down covering my emotion with my long golden hair.

"Um she was driving in the car with her older sister who just got her licence. They decided to go out for a drive and on their way home a truck came from the corner and ran them over. It was so sudden you know?" I took a bite of my frozen yogurt. "Ever since her death I've not been talking or eating or making any new friends. I have been really rude to my parents and I spend night and day locked up in my room. I guess I just can't get over the fact she's gone for good and I know I need to, but it's hard for a 14 year old girl to do. So my parents are sending me here so I can talk about my problems." I looked at him waiting for him to answer.

"Grace I know exactly I you feel. I was in grade 4 when my older brother Aaron died of cancer he was only 15 years old. I used to do everything with him, every Sunday we would go down to the park by my old street and play a game of football with all his friends. I used to think I was so cool" He laughed "You know I was playing with a bunch of 15 year olds. I would always brag about it at school to, he taught me how to tie my shoes and he was going to teach me how to drive. We had so many plans for our future. When he died I feel like my parents just compared me to him. He was a straight A student so should I be. He was the quarter balk in foot ball, so should I be. If He was the teacher's pet and the president of his class the valedictorian. The most popular kid in school, my parents just went crazy when he died."

"Oh my goodness, Dylan I had no idea" I leaned in to give him a hug.

"Grace don't worry, you might think you're crazy because you can't get over Olivia. Eventually she's just going to be a memory." He said rubbing my back. "You know what I don't understand why was it such a big deal I read your diary, I mean it didn't even have any secrets in it."

"It's complicated, but please trust me and don't read it?"

"Ok, I trust you" We were finally starting to enjoy our frozen yogurt when I noticed Ivy sitting at the table next to ours.

"Oh my gosh duck" I grabbed Dylan by the shirt and hauled him underneath the table. "There she is poison Ivy" I nervously said. "We have to sneak out without her seeing" I looked at him directly in the eye.

"Awe man I didn't even get to eat my frozen yogurt" he protested.

"I'm sure you're going to survive" I rolled my eyes. I crawled towards the door pulling him behind me gluing my eyes shut in hope she wouldn't notice us. When I bumped into a leg I looked up to notice Ivy.

"Going somewhere" Ivy asked with what now seemed like her signature grin.

"Actually a matter in fact we are. Sorry do you have a problem with that?" Dylan made an over the top pouty face. I tucked on his blue shorts.

"Dylan not now" I incomprehensible whispered.

"I've got this" He responded from the corner of his mouth. "Now listen Ivy" He said as I was still crouched up on the ground "I don't know who you think you are but there is no way you're going to push my Gracie around" He said with poise.

"Oh yea and what are you going to do about it?" She said.

"This" Dylan snapped, grabbing Ivy's frozen yogurt and dumping it on her head. "Hmm now you know how it feels" He grabbed my hand and rushed me out of the store as we both joined laughter.

"What the heck Dylan I can't believe you just did that!" I laughed

"Man I wish we got a picture of her face when you dumped the frozen yogurt on her head, priceless" I laughed in disbelief. He starred at me just smiling.

"What?" I smiled scrunching my eye brows.

"I don't know It's just I've never had a friend like you" He responded

"Like me?" I asked

"Yeah, you know"

"No I really don't"

"You're just different"

"A good different or a bad different?" I questioned inquisitively

"Well" He hesitated.

"Dylan!" I laughed shoving him.

"I'm just joking, defiantly a good different" He smiled.
