Cas: What are you saying, you brought me here?
*voice*: Yes Castiel, that may be true but please, you need to understand it was only by your thoughts.
Cas: Listen, what you are accusing me of is completely wrong
*Voice*: So you admit to having no feelings towards Dean Winchester, which is highly against guardian angel codes
Cas: Yes! I've told you a number of times! Why won't you listen to me?
*voice*: You see Castiel, much of what you said can be very easily dictated by many words you many have said towards Dean Winchester on many occasions.
Cas: you see from my point of view you are falsely accusing me of misusing my guardian abilities yet you are holding me here unable to protect Dean Winchester while he is urgently in need of assistance and is critically ill yet you are still keeping me here and accusing me of bad guardianship.
*Voice*: Well said Castiel, well said.
Cas: Then allow me to leave and fulfil my job!
*voice*: Fine Castiel, you shall leave, but be aware that we shall be watching you and if you say or do anything, well, we will know and you will face full consequences.
