Chapter 1- meeting a new lifestyle

I sigh once again why must I have to go through pain? I thought as I look out from my window seeing kids playing, it's been months since I last saw my "so-called" parents. I decided to finally go outside and play with the other kids, it's amazing though that I'm only at 9 years old and I managed to survive a whole week of nothing in the streets before being rescued

I got up and walked down to play, but I also have to ask permission because I know I would get in trouble if I don't tell one of the nuns. "Sister Ann can I please go out and play with the others?" I asked and she smiled softly and nodded "of course, but remember to not go too far or talk to any strangers alright? I'm sure you understand that (Y/N)"

"Of course I do sister ann! You thought me to! Thank you and goodbye ,I'll be back later before nighttime!" I waved and started walking to the playground, but on the way I was thinking i hope I can make friends, I know that I've been here for awhile but I've still haven't got any friends yet. Well I hope I can meet some people here. I thought and in the corner of my eye I feel someone.. Watching

"Hello?" I asked into the empty hallway "I hope it's just my imagination" I continued, but still feeling eyes on me, I shrugged it off I don't have time to be Sherlock and go find out what's happening, I need to be me and focus on finding a friend. When I finally came to the playground I could see kids playing tag, Simon says, and plenty more

I went to a group of people and asked into join in "hey! Can I join?" The girl with blonde hair and green eyes smiled and replied "Oh sure! Yo-" another girl with brown hair and blue eyes cut off her off "ohhh I'm sorry, but there's too many people. Maybe next time!" I tilted my head but didn't the other girl said yes? "But Christina we have-"

"Shut it." She said in almost a whisper tone "why don't you play with her Mackenzie?" Mackenzie looked at Christina dumbfounded, but when Christina whispered something in her ear she nods and smiles "okay, come on!" She went to a bench and I followed "so what's your name?"

"It's (Y/N), and I suppose yours is Mackenzie?" She giggles "yeah, sometimes Christina can be a pain, but I'll still do it" she said as I looked at her with questionable eyes "why do you do it?" She looked at me "well because I've decided I wanted to be popular and I want people to notice it" she smiles "well I hope you keep continuing your dream, but I hope not this way"

She stops smiling "why? Wouldn't it be more effective? I could start small by being popular here then I might get noticed outside the here too, if I have all the attention on me of course." "That may be an option, but there's still other options too!"I said "what kind of options?"

"You can start off by your talents! You can do so many things from talents!" She looked at me wide eyed "well I never thought of that, i could've done that instead of being used like a slave, all this time I wanted to show people my talent and passion of art, but I never have a chance...." "Well you do now! And I'll help you!"

A smile formed on her lips and she hugged me "thank you, I never been treated this way because of my stupid friends! My parents died at a car accident and I was the only one alive and then I was sent here... Since then I grew a passion of art because I know my mom and dad does too, I'm so happy that I finally have a way to do it!.... Haha now I feel like an idiot for not being smart enough of thinking that" she said jokingly

"Hahaha I'm sure you're a lot smarter than me. I couldn't even know what 9 times 3 even if my life depends on it" "it's 27 hahaha!" We laughed and talked some more, until a blue eyed brunette came "oh hey guys, I see that you're having fun, and I think it's getting dark I think we should leave come on Mackenzie" she said with a bit sarcasm "I'm sorry but I want to stay with (Y/N)"

Christina rolls her eyes "really? Do you really want to stay with this trash?" I looked down I'm trash? I questioned myself, as Mackenzie growled "hey! You can't say things to her like that!" Christina rolls her eyes once again "whatever you stay with your new uhhh "friend"" she sashayed aways along with other girls behind her "don't get her words get to you okay?" I nodded and decided that we should head back inside now

"Mackenzie?" I said and she looked at me "yeah (Y/N)?" I smiled and hugged her "thank you" she smiled and hugged me back "no thank you for putting me out of misery". We were Best friends since then....... But something happened that both would never want.....

~time skip 2 years later~
"What?! You got adopted?!" Mackenzie shouted, shock and sadness washed over her, And I can see tears forming in her eyes "I don't want this, and I know you don't want this either" we both hugged each other while crying "*sniff* I don't want to stop here, not after 2 years we have spent I don't want you to go...." I can feel more tears forming as they fall, I could feel my heart break into billions of pieces I don't want her to go through this! I don't care about me I care about her! She's my only true friend here!

I thought as I cried "when are you leaving?" She asked a bit desperate in her voice "t-tomorrow, I don't want to leave you behind!" I hugged her tighter as she does too.

~tomorrow~
"I'm going to miss you, call me everyday okay?" She said and I smile, but that smile was full of sadness and desperation "I'll miss you too, and of course I will you don't even have to ask me about that" we giggled, we where standing outside the adoption center where I will be picked up by my new guardians "I'll miss you sister Ann, I'll be sure to be a good girl and do my duties as told by my new parents" I smiled and tears trickled down her cheeks

"Be safe okay? If the parents start to be violent please contact us okay?" I nodded and say my goodbyes to the other nuns. "Are you ready to go?" My new mom said and I nodded I waved everyone goodbyes and went inside the limo of my new parents. "I hope you like your new home dear, I'm sure you'll love your new lifestyle" my mom said and my dad smiled "and of course you'll be having two older brothers that will be taking care of you while we are gone" I smiled of the thought of having two older brothers

~at the new house~
As a maid open the entrance of the mansion I looked in awe of how beautifully the mansion is decorated and furnished "wow.." My mom giggles "do you like your new house (Y/N)?" I nod "yes, thank you so much!" Both of the parents smiled "oh why don't you take a look at your new bedroom?" My dad said "may I?" "Oh of course you can! Can you please take her to her room?" My dad said to the maid and she nodded

"here is your room m'lady" she said "thank you, and there's no need to call me m'lady you can just call me (Y/N)" she looked at me "but we are suppose to call our masters that" I giggled "well it's fine if you call me by my name so feel free to do it!" The maid lips curve into a smile "well (Y/N) here's your room" she said and bowed before leaving. I open the door and see a big room with (F/C) walls and the floor with a (F/C)

"Wow! This is so beautiful!" I exclaimed "we're happy you liked it we decorated it by ourselves" I voice said behind me as I looked back I can see two guys with blue hair and  blue eyes "I'm Jason" the guy with a straight face said he's on the left in the media "and I'm jake, nice to finally meet you" the guy with a flirtatious grin on his face he's on the right in the media

"Oh thank you so much for doing it" "no problem it's our job anyways to do it" Jason said "well I'm looking forward to be living with you guys, I hope we can all get along" I  smiled "us too..." Both said in the same time, but the rest I can't hear what' did they say? Hm must've been something not so important I thought, but oh I was so wrong, oh so wrong.....
