Happy New Years (Thor)

     You smile brightly as you drag Thor down the streets of New York City to Times Square to see the ball drop. New Years was in less than three minutes and you were excited you could spend it with Thor. Earlier, you had explained to him what was so special about this 'midgardian' traditon and afterwards, it made him just as excited. When the pair of you reached the area, it was already jammped packed with people, leaving you both on the outside of the large group of people. 

     "Man, I can't see anything!" You tried going one your tippy-toes but no avail.

     "Do you want me to put you on my shoulders, my lady?" Thor offered with a smile, his light blues twinkled with excitement.

     "Are you sure,Thor?"

     "Of course. Besides, I can see the ball perfectly." You rolled your eyes. "And I am plenty strong to hold you up."

    "Alright, enough boasting." You giggled. The Asgardian bent down onto one knee and helped you onto his big, strong shoulders. He slowly rose up once you were safely situated and you gasped with amazement. "I have the best view here!"

     "Only for you, my love." 

     "10..." Everyone started counting down, the ball slowly started dropping.

    "9..."

    "Are you ready to celebrate, Thor?"

    "8..."

    "7..."

    "Only if I am celebrating with you, (Name)."

     "6..."

     "5..."

     You laugh loudly as you wobble a bit but Thor made sure to keep you steady.

     "4..."

     "3..."

     "2..."

     "1..."

       The ball reached the bottom and almost all the peoples hands shot up.

      "HAPPY NEW YEARS!" Everyone shouted with glee. You were plenty sure Thor's booming voice was the loudest out of everyone. In a flash, your Asgardian boyfriend some how dropped you into his arms bridal style. He had a huge grin on his face as he set you down on the ground.

      "New Years kiss!" You said loudly before bringing down the blonde man into a kiss. His strong arms heald you close and everyone seem to disapear around you both.
