VIVIENNE
*~*
A week later...
I woke up with a deep frown plastered on my face. I sighed into my pillow as I tried to comfort myself. 2 nights and 3 days of the devil. 2 night and 3 days of torture. It would all begin today.
I unwillingly lifted up my blankets and stepped out. I headed towards the shower because there was a high chance that there would be showers and even if there were, it wouldn't be very hygenic.
I had a quick shower and made sure that my hair and body smelt like lemon and lime, my favourite scent. I dressed into a simple grey hoodie and black leggings. I slipped on my silver vans that sparkled in the sun - hopefully, if I got lost, they would be able to recognise me with it. I packed my last minute essentials in my duffel bag and suitcase before walking out the door.
As soon as I stepped out, I was greeted with a cold aura. My parents were nowhere to seen - probably at work - and my older brother was probably at his girlfriend's house. Sighing, I packed myself some snacks and lunch with a bottle of gatorade and walked out the door, locking it after me.
School, here I come.

I arrived at school in 20 minutes since no-one was at home today, meaning I had no ride to school. Carrying all my baggage while still being half-asleep was proven to be a challenge. I had to make sure that I didn't just collapse on the streets while looking out for cars, pets or elderlies that I could crash into. Next time, I should just hire a cab.
I walked into the school building to see bunch of students with their belongings scattered over the place. I cussed under my breath as I passed, holding my things up to avoid collision. I scanned the crowd to find a certain red head, yellow head or a brown head.
'You're here!' Cass and Candi scream in unison as I cringe with Tori. If I was half-asleep before, I was 100% awake now. Cass and Candi's screams could match up to a blaring alarm.
'Yea-yeah. I'm here.' I said while caressing my ears.
Cass and Candi scanned my outfit before frowning.
'I get that it's the first day of camping but couldn't you wear something prettier?' Cass complained. Candi nodded in agreement.
I noticed that Cass and Candi were wearing something totally different from me. They were wearing matching tank tops and jeans, topped off with heeled boots. I sighed at their choices. I opened my mouth to comment when Tori beat me to it.
'Cass, Candi, you guys are going to freeze to death with those tank tops, rip the jeans from hiking and snap your ankles in half with those boots. You guys are dressed like a walking accident.' Tori said bluntly. 'If anything, what Viv and I are wearing are much more professional.'
Tori was wearing a long sleeved shirt and leggings with sneakers, looking totally casual while rocking it at the same time. Tori somehow had the abilities to make a simple outfit look glamorous.
Cass and Candi rolled their eyes before ignoring us and starting another conversation about their "perfect" outfits. I turned to Tori.
'Thanks for defending me. I owe you.' I promised her, winking. She smiled and nodded before looking down at her phone.
'EVERYONE, THE BUS IS OUTSIDE. HEAD OUTSIDE AND THE TEACHERS WILL BE ASSIGNING YOU INTO YOUR BUSES. ENJOY YOUR TRIP.' An announcement vibrated through the whole school and everyone lurched forward, hurrying to get a seat they wanted.
