So, you might be a little confused. You're probably thinking "who the heck is Ms. Pepper?", and I will be happy to explain. During the school year, we had the worst teacher in the history of the world. She hated us kids, especially me. Any chance she got, she would make me look bad! I wanted to knock her down a few pegs, little did I know I'd get the chance soon enough. "Well look who it is, my favorite student! Poor, poor Jake. You never did do well in my class."
"Maybe I would've done better if my teacher hadn't been out to get me since day 1!" Jake yelled, all the anger of the past year rushing through him. "Luckily, I heard your entire plan and can finally get revenge." Jake said, calming down. He reached into his pocket for his phone and just as he grabbed it, he felt a searing heat burn the flesh of his hand. The melting plastic of his phone running down his leg, burning more flesh. His hand was already blistering, as well as his leg, and he had to pat out a little fire that started on his pants. He looked up to see smoke rising from Ms. Pepper's hand and realized what had happened. "You.. you can control fire?"
"Yes, since I was a little girl. The other kids called me a freak. Made me feel awful. But once I launch that missle, they won't be able to feel anything. Do you understand boy? No one will be able to feel anything. No one will be alive. Other than me, of course."
"What...um... about.. um...me boss?" Her goon asked. "Interrupt me again, and I swear I WILL DESTROY YOU!" She shouted. "Um.. I'm um... gonna head back to um... the base." He said, backing away fearfully. "Now, why don't you follow his example and run away little boy? Or do I need to give you another reason to?" I ran. What could I do? I could've used my powers but I knew they'd come in handy later and I should probably keep them a secret. I also knew that I couldn't let her get away with destroying the world. I turned back around after a while of running and to insure I caught up to Ms. Pepper, I used my powers to jump into the telephone wires and caught up with no problem. I jumped out of the wires and followed Ms. Pepper at a safe distance. She eventually walked into a building that I barely recognised at night. It was the old barn on the edge of Eel lake, home to many different species of Eel. Why is this important? Trust me, you'll find out.
