For the following weeks, I practiced using my powers, figuring out the secrets of them and pushing my limits. If I wasn't at work, I was practicing my powers. I learned that not only could I shoot electricity, I could physically turn into it! And if I was in a state of power like that, I could "jump" into outlets, wires, generators, or anything else filled with water. Sadly, I can't stay in this form for long, I start to dissapate and grow weaker. There was one day, or really night, that I was at work. It was a nasty, stormy night when Mr. Warren decided to let us leave early. I was the last one out, not counting the boss man himself, but he wouldn't be leaving for a while longer. This time I saw the people across the street in the alley. I decided to go check it out because I had a newfound sense of courage to go with my powers, although it may have been stupidity from having my brain fried. Anyway, I snuck over to the wall next to the alley, making sure not to hit the barrel next to me, and listened. "Is the bomb ready yet? Or have you incompetent fools screwed up again?"A feminine voice asked from in the alley. " We got the..uh..machine-y thing..uh..set up for ya" a manly voice managed to stumble out, barely. "And how about that awful voice? Did you fix that?" "Uh...I-"
I don't have time for your stuttering!" The female interrupted. Her voice sounded...almost familiar. If only I wouldn't have tried to look. *CLANG* The can clattered down to the sidewalk. " Well, whoever you are, you might as well come out now, seeing that you made such a clatter" she said. I hesitated, only making her mad. "I said... come... OUT!" she yelled. Something in her voice made me move. That's when I realized who it was. Ms. Pepper?
