Ms. Pepper walked into the barn yelling orders left and right. I snuck to the edge of the door and peered in. The first thing I saw was the huge bomb in the middle of the room, aimed up at a hole in the delapidated barn's roof. Then I saw Ms. Pepper, still barking orders, charge up to the goon from the alley. "Is everything set?" She asked. "Uhh... yes. All you uhh... need to do is uhh... set the uhhh... place and uh... push the button." She walked up to the missle, smiled at the pannel, typed the destination and pushed the button. "Hello! I hope your having a wonderful day! Are you sure this is where you're sending the package?" A bright, sunshiney voice. "I specifically asked someone to do something, anything about that ANNOYING VOICE!" She yelled, storming out of barn. The last thing I saw of her was her arms ignited, burning bright in the night sky. This was my chance! Luckily, there were many places to hide so I snuck around the barn, taking out the guards 1 by 1. By the time the final guard, the one from the alley, noticed anything was wrong I was already there, ready to face off with him. "Even though I uh... don't like her, the uh... idea of world take over is uhh... cool. I have to stop you." He said. "No. I'm the one who has to stop you." I said. I pointed my finger out and sent out some static, making it travel into his brain stem. Not enough to hurt or kill the man, just enough to paralyze him. Sadly, he had stalled me just long enough. "Well well well, if it isn't Jake. I thought you'd be at home crying to your mommy." Ms. Pepper Taunted. "The only one who'll be crying is YOU!" He shouted, hurling a ball of energy at her. She was caught off guard momentarily but recovered fast enough to block the ball with flames. "Well aren't you full of suprises? No matter, I can still take care of you" she said. Then came the volleys of fire. One after the other, little arrows of flames shot at Jake. Soon, the barn was engulfed. Then it only got worse. The bands Jake wore to keep from being overwhelmed by his powers started to melt. Soon, they were a puddle on the floor of the barn. Jake knew he needed to act fast now. "I can't let you destroy the world!" Jake yelled. He threw a decoy ball of energy, which succeeded in taking Ms. Pepper's attention. Then, he shot the biggest sphere of energy he could manage, hitting her straight in the chest. She lay on the floor twitching. "Foolish boy. You've doomed...us all..." She said with her last bit of energy. I turned around to see the rocket getting ready to launch. I also noticed the machine it was attached to had an outlet. As fast as I could, I jumped into the outlet, becoming pure electricity, and transfered into the missle. I had no way of knowing how fast I was traveling in this thing but I knew I had to be quick. I traveled through the wires and found the control chip which told the missle where to go. I rerouted it and sent the missle to space. I found the acess point that lead out of the missle and jumped out. I felt myself being drained of energy because my bands had been melted off. I saw the fire of the barn burning bright on the ground, and I heard an explosion behind me. I knew that even if I died, I had saved the world. But right before I blacked out, I saw shapes moving to the barn. No, away from the barn. But it must've been a hallucination. It must've been.
