02. Award ceremony.

Cara's POV

I sit in my car staring out at the window. Thinking about the award ceremony, will I win an award this year? Hope so.

-At the ceremony-

*screaming, cheering*

"Oh, look who that is, Cara Hanson! In her beautiful red dress. How does she always look so beautiful." The mc said.

I waved and try not to smirk at the crowd.

"Hey, wait a minute Cara." The mc said right before the red carpet ended.

I turned around and walked back towards him.

"Yes?" I said with a smile, which I practiced for a long time.

The crowed cheered when seeing my smile. I should smile more next time.

"Here he comes, Caleb Waters!"

High pitch screams were heard all around me. That guy must be famous. That was when I saw a tall, muscular guy walking towards me. He was waving and smiling until he was right in front of me.

"Hey." He spoke.

I didn't say anything and just smiled at him. The mc spoke. "Can we see both of you walk down the red carpet? You guys look perfect for each other."

"Sure thing." He said with a smirk. The crowd went wild.

He offered me his arm. I took it and we walked together until the end of the red carpet.

"Hey, my name is Caleb Waters, you are Cara Hanson right?" He asked.

"Yes." I replied. I walked away and went to find my sit. I rarely talk to other celebrities unless we worked on a movie or TV show before. I found my sit, it was at the second row from the stage, wondering who will be sitting beside me for the whole time, I saw the name Caleb Waters. Oh.

Just then Caleb came and sat beside me.

"Hey, we meet again."

I nodded.

"You don't speak much do you?"

"Yes." I said.

He was about to ask another question, but the ceremony started.

"The best actress award goes to........CARA HANSON!" the mc said.

I gave the brightness smile and stood up. Just then Caleb also stood up and hugged me. I was shocked no one hugged me before. I wanted to fight back but, he said "There are a lot of people here." I sighed and he laughed. To make the crowd more happy, I hugged him back. This was the first time I hugged another celebrity without a director saying cut or something.

After the hug, I went up to the stage to receive my awards and I thanked everyone for their support, this and that.

Shortly after, the ceremony ended, they usually have an after party for celebrities but I usually skip that and went straight home.

On the way back home, I booked a airplane ticket for tomorrow morning. When I reached home, I went to pack my stuff. I liked to leave suddenly so that no paparazzi or fans overseas would know, I didnt like people following me around even when I'm overseas. My luggage contained, a lot of cropped sweaters, track pants, sunglasses and underwear.
