05. Back in NYC

I went to the apple store to get a new phone, my old phone was Iphone 6, I wanted to wait until Iphone 7 came out, but since now I obviously needed a new phone I had to by the Iphone 6s.

"Good morning, I would like to but a Silver Iphone 6s. Thanks." I said kindly and passed him my credit card.

He took it and passed me the box containing the phone. When returning the card to me, I smiled at him. I walked out of the shop and a bunch of paparazzi rushed towards me, luckily I was wearing my Nike running shoes. I ran away from them, I wanted to find my car but I remembered I didn't drive today. Great.

The bunch of paparazzi were crazy, they ran so fast. I place the apple box in my bag and dashed across the road, to the opposite buliding and I disappeared into the alley between the buildings. I was walking quietly in the alley when someone called out my name.

"Hey, Hanson."

Oh. You got to be kidding me. Luckily I learned boxing when I was young. I turned around wanting to push the person in the face when I saw Caleb Waters behind me.

"Hey!"

"Ughh, where did you come from?"

"From my car, duhh. I saw you running across the road, thought you needed help or something." He said.

That was when I heard the paparazzi again.

"Oh my god, seriously?" I mumbled.

"It's annoying right?" Caleb replied.

Why do everyone hear me even when I talked softly.

At that moment he grabbed my hand and ran out of the alley and straight into his car. The good thing is that the paparazzi didn't see it. I think. All I knew is that they took a picture of Caleb's car with a lady's shadow in it. They couldn't possibly say it was me right? That was what I thought.

In his car, he was still holding my hand. So I pulled in out of his grip. He looked at me and smiled.

"Hey, do you have a boyfriend?" He asked staring out the window.

"No why, was there a rumor about me?"

My image is the business is squeaky clean compared to other actors or actresses my age. And obviously, I didn't want a rumor to start about me.

"Girl, you have to chill. There wasn't any rumor about you. I just called your phone and a guy picked up. He said. What? This is Cara's phone? Blah blah blah and then he hung up."

"Oh, you called at the wrong time Caleb, no kidding. He is only just a friend though." I replied.

He nodded and continued staring out the window.

"Hey, you know what?" He suddenly asked.

"What?"

"We just had a conversation." He said smiling from ear to ear.

I looked at him and moved towards the car door.

-After a few minutes-

The car stopped outside my house.

I opened the car door and stepped out, when he spoke.

"Hanson, go ask your manager for your new schedule" He said with a smirk and waved goodbye.

I waved back and went upstairs. The thing is that, I didn't have a manager, I did everything on my own. By myself, I did all the arrangements and schedule stuff. So I went home sat in front of my computer and touched the screen.
A document popped up.

2016 schedule.

I scrolled down the list of interviews and appointments for upcoming events. Nothing special. I continued scrolling to the movie list, there was a movie about zombie war thing, a movie about historical thing. The last movie on the list caught my eye. Love, hate. Ooooooo. I touched the link to that movie and another screen popped up.

Love, hate.

I skipped all the description and stuff on the top and went straight to the casting list.

I smiled and continued looking down at the next name. When I saw it, I literally wanted to slap myself in the face.
