11.Pain

Cara's POV

Caleb slowly let me go after Gale walked away.

"Hey, why did you start crying again?"

I shook my head. He nodded.

I started the car engine and drove out of the small alley on to the streets.

*Is it too late now to say sorry..*

I was digging for my phone in my bag , while celeb was singing to my ringtone. I finally found it and connected it to my car speaker.

"Hello, it's me." I said and smirked at Caleb which made him laugh. His laugh was cute.

"Hi, is this Cara Hanson."

"Yes, what is this about?"

"The plane you and Caleb was supposed to take to Singapore will be leaving in 4 hours time."

Oh.

"Thanks for reminding me."

I hung up the phone. I turned and saw a shocked Caleb look at me. I drove as fast as possible to his house and went back home.

I prepared everything, clothes, makeup, shoes and everything. I left the house in a taxi and went to the airport. There were 2 more hours to my flight.

After 2 hours, I was on that plane with Caleb and the other actors of the movie. The few hours on the plane reminds me of 10 years ago, I was still thinking about Gale but now I felt nothing, nothing at all. I stared out at the plane window, the sunset was gorgeous. I was staring at it and didn't even notice I fell asleep.

"Yo, Hanson. We here."

I jerked up after hearing that voice. I combed my fingers through my tangled hair to flatten it out. We all got of the plane and went to the cars prepared for us.

When we reached the hotel, the director told us to go to our rooms and prepare our lines as we were starting as soon as possible. I rolled my eyes and proceed up to my room, 2024. I took the lift alone since I only got 1 luggage to carry around, not like the rest. I went up to my floor which is 20. I dragged my luggage out of the lift and found my room.

I went in the room and it was jaw dropping. The balcony was on point. The bed was like huge, so is the TV. The best thing is there's a very good WiFi connection. Haha. I was walking around that big room, when I heard someone occupying the room beside mine. I wanted to go out and see who was my neighbour for a good 2 months or so, when I saw there was a door connecting the rooms.

Eek. I opened the door. Just then the other door also opened.

I was standing face to face with Gus. The same Gus that worked with Danny. He was Asian, but he was taller now and with border shoulders. He looked at me and smiled. That was when a girl came up to him. Gene. That idiot. Both of them smiled at me. I didn't smile back or even take a second look at them, I was going to slam the door in their faces when Gus spoke up.

"Hey, Cara nice to see you, you remember me? Remember what you did?"

"I only know that you chased me 10 years ago and I don't remember what I did to you." I said and shot him a glare.

He shook his head. "I'll make you remember."

After that, I felt a sharp pain on my head and the last image I saw was Gene holding a vase.
