Past: [2 months ago]

Anne's POV:

I was walking in an aisle. Then I saw his face, the face that I wanted to see everyday, then he smiled, he smiled to me, and I tell you I always wanted to see that smile everyday.

"Jade, oh how I missed you!!!" he said.
"Whaaattt?!?!?!" I murmured.
Then without looking back there was Jade walking pass me then she hugged him then they went away. Laughing!!! At me I guess for realizing that why would he call me he doesn't even know that I existed but, why Jade?

Then I woke up. What a strange nightmare, then I looked at my clock beside me.
2:56 it reads. I really need water, I'm sweating even though the temperature in my aircon is 20 degrees. So I go down to get some water. Pumunta ako sa refrigerator para kumuha ng malamig na tubig pero may nakita ako, sa likod ko. I big figure standing behind me. Ano yun??? Mama, help me!!!

"Anne." sabi niya ng mahina. Hindi ako kumibo.
"Anne." sabi niya ulit. Tumaas lahat ng balahibo ko. Sh**! Ano yun!!! Takot ako sa mumo.
"Anne." sabi niya ulit.
"ANNETTE!!!" sabay hawak sa shoulder ko.
"AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!" tumakbo na ako ng mabilis papunta sa kwarto ko.

BANG.

I pushed the door to hard. I hope nobody wakes up!

I catched my breath, That's only a dream Anne. Thats only a dream. I repeat to myself over and over again. I slapped myself, your dreaming Anne, your dreaming, wake up!!! Wake up!!!

KnockKnockKnockKnock...

there was a rapid knock on the door parang may sunog sa labas na gusto niya ako ilabas sa kwarto.

"Ano bang kaylangan mo sa akin?" sigaw ko. Pero walang reply, maybe I'm just hearing things. It's just a bad dream. I convince myself.

KnockKnock...

Ayan na naman siya. Sino ba yan...
"Who's there?" maybe he wants to play!?!?
"Me!!!" the person said. Lalake ang boses.
I gulped. "Me who???"
"Anong 'Me who?' ? Are you playing games with me?"
"Sino ka ba?" Pilit kong tanongin pero parang pamilyar ang boses niya.
"Ako nga si..."
he stopped I think he hesitated.
"Ako si... Paulo!!!" binuksan ko agad ang pintuan but to my surprise it is...
"What the hell are you doing here?"
"Umm... wala lang I came here to stop by. Don't want to see me?"
"Yes, No, I don't know!?! I'm fine... may na kita ka bang multo?"
"Multo??? ...Noo... I was just scaring you, you should have seen your reaction it was so funny. Hahaha..."
"Where is Paulo?" Tanong ko.
"Paulo?... Oh Paulo... I said that para buksan mo yung pintuan mo. If I said it was me you wouldn't open the door until now."
"Yah right, do me a favor Brook don't go barging in to my life anytime you want because you'll regret the next time you'll do it, understand!?!" Then I shut the door before he could reply.

"Won't you forgive me Annette?"
"Don't you dare call me that!!! And no I will not forgive you. You made me lost a best friend." sigaw ko sa kanya. I really hope no one wakes up!
"Wala ka na bang gusto sa akin?" tanong niya.
"Wala na!"
"Wala na? Bakit?" tanong pa niya.
"Ayoko na."
"Ayaw mo nang ano?"
"Ayaw ko ng umasa sa wala!!!" Hindi ko akalain na ganon pala ka bilis ilabas yun sa bibig ko. Then I hear footsteps getting softer and softer. He left.
"Okay lang yan Anne." Sabi ko sa sarili ko. "Ok lang yan..." I repeat. Tapos yumuko ako sa mga tuhod ko.
