As I entered in my room, may nakita akong sulat sa ibabaw ng lamesa ko. Para sa akin daw sabi ng sulat. As I open it ang sobrang ganda ng handwriting for sure galing kay Anne to. Pero bakit siya nagsulat hindi naman nagsusulat si Anne ahh...

Dear Ryan,

Si Anne 'to. I have to go straight to the point now hindi na paligoy-ligoy pa. Kaya ito na. I'm SORRY Ryan! But I am breaking up with you! Because we know we are not yet ready for this relationship yet at teenagers pa lang tayo mga isang taon pa lang tayo magkilala. You don't know much about me yet.
I know na dapat sinabi ko 'to sayo dati pa at hindi ka pina-asa but every time I have the courage to tell it to you, you always change the subject and now that I'm leaving going to the Philippines I am telling you now that I am breaking up with you. I don't like long distance relationships because it is gonna be hard for the both of us to communicate thru Skype or whatever.
I am really really sorry!!! Maybe may time din tayo. Sabi nga nila: 'If you love him then set him free and if he comes back then it is true love. ' May araw din tayo so please understand. I love you Ryan. And thank you sa lahat ng nagawa mo sa akin. I know someone out there will deserve you more than me.
Once you get this letter it is gonna be too late. I let your friends distract you para isulat to. I'm really really really sorry. Thank you ulit! Thank you sa lahat!!!

May mga patak ng luha sa sulat, kaya for sure umiiyak siya habang sinusulat to. Binasa ko ulit ang sulat hanggang naintindihan ko na ang point niya. I started to cry, bigla na lang siya pumatak. Slowly Lou opened the door to my room, umupo siya sa tabi ko sa sahig.

"Nabasa mo na ba ang sulat? Sinabi ko sa kanya sabihin sayo personalan pero baka hindi niya daw matapos ang speech niya, tignan mo naman o sulat pa lang umiiyak na what more if harap-harapan na. I bet she would not finish her speech." sabi ni Lou.

I didn't say anything, I know Lou is trying to comfort me but it is not working. I need to see Anne for the last time but she left me without saying goodbye. Where is she???

"Lou, I'm sorry if your seeing me like this..." sabi ko na mahinhin.
"Ryan, nonsense kahit wala kang feelings para sa akin I'm still here for you I will not leave you Ryan. Magkaibigan tayo diba. Best friends stick together."

Nag smile ako sa kanya. Then isa-isa pumasok ng tropa ko sa kwarto.
"I'm sorry pare." sabi ng isa.
"Sorry din." sabi ng iba.
"Ok lang yon, at least nagpaalam siya sa akin by letter unlike yung iba diyaan aalis lang agad." I was describing my first girlfriend, bigla na lang umalis. Ayoko kasi yung mga tao na hindi nagpapaalam sa akin parang wala lang ako sa kanila.

"Oo nga, anong ng yari doon kay Violet?" tanong ni John.
"John, wag na tayo pumunta doon. Past is past. Sabi nga ng kanta 'Let it go.' " may tune pa sa huli ang sinabi ni Lou kay John. Did I say it was out of tune!?!
I chucked naman.

"Stop the drama bro's. Move on na tayo. Ang hirap kaya!!! Punta na tayo sa bar ni Philip. Tara!!!" Yaya sa amin ni Justine.
"Sige let's go!!!" Sabi ko, tatayo na sana pero hinila ako ni Lou.
"Are you serious? Diba hindi ka sanay uminum? Bat ka pupunta? Diba ayaw mo pumunta doon kasi maingay? What made you change your mind?" Derederetchong tanong ni Lou sa akin.
