Sydra's POV
When I woke up I heard loud voices and loud screams. The voices sounded like they were whispering trying to keep things away from me but yet some tried to get my attention.They wouldn't stop and I couldn't control them. Then I started to get visions. All of them flooding in like a tidal wave. When I did see the vision the voices that were in my head got louder and louder until I finally couldn't take no more and screamed bloody murder.I covered my ears thinking that if I did I wouldn't be able to hear them. As soon as all the boys had heard me scream they ran into the living room asking me what was wrong. At that moment I was shaking. Chase approached me and took my hands off my ears.
"No. The voices" I started hyperventilating.
"What voices?" Chase asked.
"The loud voices and screams."
"Shh it's ok. Calm down." Chase stroke my hair. He pulled me up on his lap and I soon drifted off to sleep.
I woke up and it was late at night. I had another nightmare and the voices came back. I ran into the kitchen and got in the knife drawer. I went over to the corner and started crying.
Chase's POV
I woke up because I had felt Sydra move my arms from around her. I looked around and saw that Sydra was going to the kitchen. I quickly got up and ran into the kitchen. I saw her in the corner with a knife in her hand. " Sydra no don't do it!" I shouted. I then grabbed the knife from her. "Sydra why are you doing this?"
"I don't know." She whispered.
"Yes you do and I need you to tell me why."
"I can't take the pain anymore!" Sydra yelled. "I'm tired of being hurt and I'm tired of people not keeping their promises!" I realized she was talking about me when she said that weren't keeping their promises. I always tell her that she'll be ok but I don't actually do anything to really keep and make sure that she feels secure.
"I'm so sorry." I said and pulled her in for a hug.
