Once we got into the warehouse and settled down, I told Henry everything. The look on his face were mixes of sadness, surprise, and confusion.
"But, how can all of this be real?" He asked once I had finished telling him the whole story.
I shrugged, "The world holds many mysteries." I replied. As I said that, I wondered what other mysteries were waiting to be revealed.
Henry and I were sitting on the main couch. William and Oliver were sitting on the two sofa chairs, and the rest were standing around.
We were all silent. Henry looked as though he were about to faint, "Are you alright?" Meagan asked him.
He looked up at her and nodded.
"I know it's a lot to take in, but, hey, just be glad your not the one who turned into a vampire." I said with a small chuckle. He smiled weakly then frowned, "I can't believe your a vampire. Please don't be planning to kill me any second." He said with a small voice.
"It's okay Henry, I won't hurt you. Your my best friend." I replied. Henry smiled with happiness and relief.
More silence followed until William spoke up, "You're not hurt, are you Henry?" He asked.
Henry looked at William and shook his head. William asked the question slightly more worried than I thought he would be. I mean, he just met Henry and frankly, I don't know if they would be that attached to him yet.
William sighed with relief as Henry shook his head, "Good, we wouldn't want another wolf to deal with." He said.
This made Henry and I raise an eyebrow. William looked at our reaction in surprise, "You don't know anything about werewolves do you?" He asked us. We shook our heads simultaneously.
I've seen werewolf movies before but they seemed so much different from the werewolves I saw tonight. The wolves that I saw tonight seemed more real and even more terrifying. And they weren't half man-half beast monsters. They were actual wolves. Stronger, bigger and faster wolves.
"I was certain you'd know something about them. How, when a human gets bitten or scratched, they become a werewolf." He said. That rung a bell. I've seen that in a movie before, it makes perfect sense, sort of.
"Well, I'm pretty sure I'm fine. I don't feel pain anywhere." Henry said. William nodded his head, "Good."
Suddenly, loud banging sounded from the door. All of us got into a protective position and turned our attention to the door.
Who in the world would knocking at an abandoned warehouse door on a Friday night at 9:00 pm? I thought. Maybe it was the police. Or maybe it was some dumb kid.
William, being the bravest of us all. Stood up, and quietly made his way towards the banging door. He put a finger to his mouth to signal to us all to stay quiet.
He put a hand on the door handle and opened it, revealing a man who was hiding his face.
The man's all black clothing was soaked from the rain, "I'm looking for an Aiden Gecker." He said, still concealing his face with the collar of his black trench coat.
I knew that voice. That deep British accent. The man that turned me! Lucian! I said to myself. I suddenly became very afraid. Why was he here? What did he want from me?
"Lucian." William gasped. William turned extremely pale and it looked as though he was going to be sick.
Lucian uncovered his face from the collar of the trench coat. He was grinning devilishly, "Hello my assistant William." He said in a poisonous voice.
