Just so you guys know, in italics is when they speak another language. Also, flashbacks will be italicizes and bold.
Men. They do not know how to respond or react rationally. They yell, fight and whoever is left standing wins.
As of right now, I am leaning against a tree in Rivendell watching the commotion. I grab my stick an bang it on the ground loud enough to make everyone quiet.
My face is still hidden by my hood as I walk into the meeting. I lift my head and pull the hood back, so it rests amongst my shoulders.
Still no movement or voices and I smile. After I bow to Lord Elrond, I finally speak.
"Gentlemen, be respectable. Your not boys," I started. "Whoever takes the ring to Mordor shall be strong. Stronger than an elf, dwarf or man."
"I'll take the ring," Mr. Baggins says slowly walking to the table.
"And I shall protect you in life and death. To my last breath," I smiled as Gandalf smiles toward me.
"I shall accompany you. Protect all that I can," Gandalf said putting a hand on Frodo's shoulder.
One by one, people slowly volunteered to join the journey. After everyone came, Lord Elrond sent us on our way.
I brought my hood back up and led the way out of Rivendell and on our journey.
As we stopped on a mountain with plenty of rocks, I taught the hobbits how to fight then someone else took over.
I made my way to the highest boulder that stood near us and looked out for any sign.
"Get down!" I yelled. "We must hide!"
"What is it?" One of the hobbits asked.
"Crabine!" Legolas yelled.
Everyone jumped, got rid of any evidence and hid as I carefully watched. Then I jumped down and landed next to Legolas who looked towards me.
"Shh," I whispered putting a finger to my mouth. I pointed up at the birds that flew around us.
When they left, we all hesitantly stood and gathered our belongings. After putting all my weapons in place on my body, I followed behind.
When we reached the snowy mountains, Legolas and I went in front and scoped out the area.
Snow was falling like a storm barely clouding my vision.
"There's something in the wind," I stated as Legolas looked to me and nodded. "Gandalf, there is a voice in the wind."
"It's Saraman," Gandalf said.
"He's trying to bring down the mountain," Aragon said trying warm Frodo.
The mountain then shook and rocks began to fall. Before one could hit Legolas, I push him out of the way.
He looked surprised but still nodded in gratitude. Just after, snow blocks began to fall from above and Legolas grabbed my arm and we knelt, trying to protect ourselves.
We dig ourselves out and everyone argues on where to go.
"Enough!" I yelled. "Let the bearer of the ring decide."
They looked surprised at me as I said so, but Gandalf nodded in agreement.
"Frodo?" Gandalf asked.
Frodo looked at Sam before deciding we should go to Maria. Gimli continues to say that his cousin will welcome us with open arms, but I doubt so.
When we reached the door, I pulled away from the group and looked around to make sure we weren't followed.
"Who are you?" Legolas asked from behind me.
"You know exactly who I am, Legolas," I said sliding my hood back into my shoulders.
"You seem so familiar, yet I feel-"
"You know who I am. Do not lie to yourself. It may have been decades, but no doubt you remember."
"You have not changed Anna Norand, yet you have."
"Indeed, I have," I spoke before walking back.
As we reached them, the door opened and something in the water began to move.
I instantly grabbed one of my arrows and put it in my bow. I stood looking into the water as everyone walked inside, not noticing what I'm doing.
I walk to the edge of the water hesitantly, then something comes and grabs onto my ankle. Gimli sees and begins to run towards me.
I throw my bow and arrows to the ground and grab a dagger. While I'm being dragged into the water, I stab it.
As I'm immediately let go, I switch my dagger for my sword and swim in the lake. When I find the monster, I stab it and swim as fast as I can to land.
As I was helped out of the water, I took my cape off and fall to my knees coughing up water.
"Thank you," I said when I stopped coughing up water.
"My pleasure," replied Boromir.
"We must come inside," Gandalf ushered.
I picked up my archery and walked in after the wizard. The water on my body was dripping and I took a minute to wring out the water from the bottom of my dress.
"Are you alright?" Aragon asked when I caught up with them.
"Yes, thank you. Though I am surprised."
"What by?"
"The language you speak," I said as we reached a room.
"I speak many tongues," he replied.
"So I can see," I smiled and wandered around the room.
You could only hear Gimli's cries from the sight of this tomb. After Gandalf calmed him down, I heard something and by the looks of it, so did Legolas.
