A random face. I was getting tired of using my usual style so I tried something else. I like the way it turned out. Not the best, but I'm satisfied easily with my art. Most of the time.
And I realized that I never actually explained what ringette is. At least, I don't think I did. I'm too lazy to go and check so I'll just spend ten minutes explaining it.
Ringette is an ice sport, kind of like hockey, but you use a straight stick and a rubber ring. The stick's kind of like a hockey stick without the blade, like if you chopped the end off. It's really similar to hockey- you're trying to score on the other net, but the rules are different.
-only the goalie can be in the crease
-you have to pass over the blue line
-no body contact. Body contact = penalty
-there's a line on each side of the ice between the blue line and the goal line called the ringette line. Only 3 players from each team (not counting the goalie) can be in between the ringette line and the goal line
-there's no offsides. Once we played against a team that always had a girl in front of our goalie, even if we were trying to shoot on their goalie.
