Prologue

"my my, my my-y, Give me love, my my, my my-y give me loooove..." 

This was my typical Tuesday night with my mum: Dancing around the kitchen (singing as well) and baking anything that looked good on the internet.

My mum was my best friend (even if she did talk behind my back with dad sometimes) and basically my manager. 

"You know what I like about Ed Sheeran?" the woman herself asked, stirring a mixture into a bowl. "What?" I replied, flattening my "I love cats" apron. "He's a ginger."

"Man I'd love to date Taylor Swift," my drunken friend, Jordan pointed at a music video of hers on the television. 

"Except when she writes a song about you." I give a sarcastic laugh.

"You actually believe that crap?" I give him a strange look.

'"Yeah," he turned to me. "Why are you sticking up for her?" he frowned.

Yeah Ed why are you?

"I was just joking," I switch the channel and hand jordan another beer to shut him up. He laughs and walks away toward my cat.

Poor cat. 

I sigh. Maybe the reason I was sticking up for her is because I know that paparazzi made that rumor up. Maybe I was sticking up for her because I'm a nice person. However that doesnt feel like the case.
