I woke up and stretched my arms looking at my tattoo. It's a full arm tattoo with writing on it about family in Spanish. Right in the centre of it is my gang sign. Sadly I wish it wasn't there, but you can't join the gang I'm in without it.

I stand up and go to the bathroom and hit my hip on the corner. "Shit!" I yell. I comb my hair and brush my teeth, then get dressed. I have a few bruises on my eyes from last night that hopefully Iris won't notice.

I went down stairs and had breakfast and did my usual morning things. I said goodbye to Martinez and Mamá reminding them company is coming over afters school and left the house. I hopped on my bike and sped down the road to Iris's house.

Ding dong!

I rang the doorbell. I am so nervous. What if Britney or her dad answers the door? That will be horri-

"Hello?" I here a tiny voice say from below me as the door slowly opened.

adorable little girl, shorter then my hips looked up to me. As a kid, I hated looking up to taller people so I kneeled down so I was eye level to the little cutie. Or close to it anyways.

"Hello there, I'm Antonio." I said holding out my hand for her to shake it. She accepted the gesture and shook my hand. Her hand was so tiny compared to mine.

Did I mention I love kids?

"Uh oh, are you here to kiss Britney?" She asked. Oh god.

"No! I'm here to see Iris." I said while grining.

She showed me a smile back with her missing front tooth and started jumping up and down.

"Yay! Iry finally got a boyfriend!" I felt blood rush to my face as I stood there embarrassed. I heard a boy's voice who sounded like he was just hitting puberty.

"No way! Iris doesn't have a boyfriend! She's gross. Wait does she actually?" He said shocked while walking past the doorway.

"Leah, Drake, Dad! Get in here you gotta see this!" The boy shouted. Uh oh this is not good.

Now I was in the house witch the cute little girl and she brought me in from outside. Another cute little girl who looked a bit older then the one talking to me ran up and said,

"You better not break our Iry's heart Last time it was a disaster!" The little girl cried with extra enthusiasm.

"What broke Iris's heart?" I heard a deep but girly voice say from around the corner.

A very tall, muscular guy came around the corner with a pink shirt on and beige shorts with a rainbow belt. I smiled at him very awkwardly.

"Oh my gosh! You must be Antofio!" He ran up to me and gave me a big hug.

"Sorry it's Antonio." I said sheepishly.

"My bad! It's so great to meet you! I've heard so much about you from Iry!"

"You have, have you?" I smirked. I'm starting to like this family. Right before I asked what she said about me, she came strolling down the stairs.

She had her toothbrush in her mouth walking down the stairs in a- oh my, in a yellow sports bra and baggy grey sweatpants hanging low on her hips.

"Wake up a bit late I assume?" I asked her with a smirk checking her out.

She froze on the spot and her eyes bulged out so big I though they would pop out! Her cheeks turned bright red and she tried talking with her mouth full of bubbles and tooth a paste.

"Whatsh aren yousd doings hered?" She tried asking while a drop of bubbles landed on he floor. We all bursted out laughing and she ran upstairs.

I waited here for about ten minutes just meeting her family. She has a big family too. I met her cute little brother Seth. But one person I gladly didn't see, Britney.
