18: Rev It Up

Ring! Ring! Ring!

"Hello?"

"Hey Siearra." I said while whimpering.

"Oh god." She said worriedly.

"I'm pregnant." I said into the phone and broke at the end.

Me and her talked for a while but I decided to let her go.

I walked to Antonio's house and snuck into his garage. I'm sure his mom won't notice.

I brought his motor bike out the door and walked it to the road.

I put on my beautiful helmet and sat on top of the beautiful ride. I saw Antonio start it so much I figured out how to do it myself.

I revved the engine and sped off the road to Yulony Highway Stop. Time to find my Antonio.

I sped down the highway on the motor bike for my first time. I think I'm supposed to have a special licence for that, but screw it.

I arrived at the stop and parked about fifty meters behind. I pulled my knife out of my jean jacket and pushed it up my sleeve.

I walked to the gas station and looked around keeping my head down. No sign of any of them.

I walked inside of the gas station and saw nothing out of the ordinary. A few customers and the workers behind the desk.

I went over to the worker.

"Excuse me but has a guy with really bright blonde hair and brown eyes came in here about four to five hours ago?"

The person looked up to me and said, "Sorry hon, I wasn't here at that time. But I can show you the footage of the previous hours in the store and out?"

"Yes thank you so much that would be awesome!"

The store guy smiled and turned the computer toward me and tough me how to scroll threw the hours.

"Hmmm five am, five am, there!"

I watched the screen as the van came to get gas with another car. Leo walked out of the van and into the store to get some beef jerky and water. After he walked out and said something to the guy in the other car.

Leo has him.

I paused the screen and took out my phone and snapped a picture of the licence plated rom the car. We already have the van.

They then drove off farther from the city.

I fast forward the video footage and see that nor Dario or Martinez cars have come. What the hell is this?

I thanked the guy and left the shop and got my bike and followed the direction that the van and car went. I still have two ours before I have to be home.

Antonio's POV:

"You just wait Antonio!"

Slap!

He tied me up to a chair.

Slap!

He keeps hitting me.

Slap!

Where's my Bebé?

Where's Iris?

I hate Leo.

I was sleeping and to guys came and grabbed me from my own bed. I punched one in the face causing him to bleed then he just punched me back.

The two knocked me out with a wet rag that stunk and carried me out. Martinez and Mamá probably didn't hear them.

Now I'm here.

I don't really know where I am but we have made a few stops along the way.

It smells like shit in the room I'm in so maybe we're on a farm? That's where they took Iris, to a farm.

Oh Iris. I miss you.

Iris's POV;

I laid on my bed and put my hands on my stomach.

My baby is inside there. Me and Antonio's baby.

I rubbed my stomach and started humming my favourite song to him or her. I know it's only like three weeks along but it's mine.

I won't be telling anyone about it. Not until it starts to show and I have too.

This could be so dangerous. The baby could become a target, or even worst die before birth. Ugh I can't even think of that without feeling sick.

I just have to find him.

I covered up in my bed and went to sleep after my long day. Tomorrow I'm going with the boys and I won't take no for an answer.

"No Iris your not coming."

"Watch me." I sneered. There is no way I'm going to sit back pregnant or not.

I've been phoning in sick at school with a fake voice app I have on my phone. They're buying it so hallelujah.

I hopped into the car with Dario and told him to follow Martinez.

I told them about my trip the the Yulony stop and gave them the licence of that car. We're pretty sure we know where they are. A farm a little out side of a small town. I'm hoping that it was empty before they got there and no one got hurt.

It will be a one out drive til we get there.

I'm coming baby.

We got to the farm and saw lots of cars and trucks and the white van outside of the barn.

We got em.

Dario handed me a gun,

"Be careful. Antonio would kill me with his bare hands if he found out I gave you a gun."

I nodded and followed my group.

Our plan is to have Sam and Peter on the roof while me and Dario and Nina wait at the back door. Martinez and some other gang member are going threw the front.

"Antonio! Estaban aquí!" (Antonio! We're here!) Martinez shouted. The noise in the barn stopped and I heard Antonio's voice shout,

"I'm in here!"

His voice sounded tired, weak, and drained. What have they been doing to him?

The front door bashed open and Martinez and his man open fired. We took that opportunity to charge into the back.

Right when we stepped inside men came for us. I panicked and stuck it my gun. I shot.

I hope the baby is ok.

Antonio saw me and was being dragged out threw another door.

"Iris! Iris!!" He shouted for me.

Me and Dario charged toward him but it was too late. They threw him in the van and drive away. We shot at the from windows but the van kept going.

"Let's follow them!" Shouted Nina.

Me and her were about to get into the car when we heard a gun shot and someone recognizable cry out in pain.

"Sam! Are you okay?" Martinez yelled. He pounded the guys head with his gun and I watched as he fell to the ground.

Dario and Martinez carried Sam to the truck and I got in. Dario, Peter, and Nina followed Antonio. And we had to go back, Sam was shot.
