It'll teach you to be strong.
Because with it,

It teaches you to love,
And to learn.
To be strong,
Even when you are hurt.
It helps you know what's right and wrong,
It knows what you've wanted all along.
It knows your darkest secrets,
Faith, It knows how to keep it.
It holds your hopes and dreams,
And keeps keeps working, even when it's ripping at the seams.
Even when you put it through terrible heart ache,
By your side, it will stay.
It's your real true friend,
Really will be there til the end.
It keeps you alive,
But lets you know that it's okay to cry.
It loves it more when you smile,
Even when you've been disrespecting it for a while.
Your heart is the thing that keeps you going through all the tough times,
When you smile, laugh, and cry.
It beats for you,
And for your true love, too.
It tries its hardest to keep you alive,
But it can only handle so much neglect.
So when you stop being by it's side,
You might end up dead.
