The Unexpected Cullen

Chapter Three: Imprint

 "Genna!" My aunt sang happily as she picked me up, holding me to her chest. "Someone is here to meet you." She skipped down the steps, where my father was holding my sister, arguing with another man.

 "Edward, its not my fault. You know that I have no control over this." He said, motioning to my sister. "Do you honestly think I wanted to imprint on a baby, let alone your baby?" He asked softly. My fathers eyes wandered over to me, and he smiled. "There's my other little princess." He laughed.

  "Da!" I giggled, reaching toward him. Aunt Alice laughed, as she handed me over to him. The man that Daddy was arguing with was now holding Nessie. She was giggling, as he talked to her, tickling her sides.

  "Edward." Aunt Alice raised her eyebrows, nodding over to another guy. He had pretty brown eyes, with dark spiky hair. "Go.." She nudged him gently. She gave him a look, and he smirked slightly, nodding his head slowly.

  He walked over to the guy, smiling slightly. "Seth... I'd like you to meet, Genevieve." The man turned around, a wide grin on his face as he looked down at me.

  "So this is the famous Genevieve Grace Cullen." He smiled. "Green eyes?" He asked looking at me. "Golden hair?" He looked slightly confused as he smiled down at me. "Renesmee looks exactly like, Bella.."

  "She has my eyes, and hair. When I was human that is. Genevieve has Bella's attitude though.'' My father laughed softly. Seth stared into my eyes deeply.

Seth's POV

~It's like gravity. Your whole center shifts. Suddenly, it's not the Earth holding you here. You would do anything, be anything she needs. A friend, a brother, a protector.~

Genevieve's POV

  "You didn't." My father spoke softly as he stared at Seth. I looked back to see Aunt Alice smirking slightly.

  "Oh c'mon Edward. Don't scare him, you knew this was going to happen." She smiled at me. My father laughed softly, rolling his eyes.

  "Gotta let me mess with him." My father laughed softly, looking down at me. "Isn't that right, Genna? We gotta mess with the wolfie!" He said smiling. His goofy grin made me laugh, and Seth smiled at me.

  "She's an adorable baby." He smiled, tickling my belly, making me squirm in daddies arms. I felt sort of protective over Seth now. Like I was put into a trance after he looked away. "You're such a cutie!" He laughed softly.

 I looked up at my dad, and he smiled. "Seth, would you like to hold her?" My dad smiled, and I gently placed my hand on his cheek, and he smiled slightly. "You and Renesmee share a gift." He said softly, shaking his head as he handed me to Seth, walking with Aunt Alice.

 "Alice, she's gifted, but its not only that, Renesmee shares that same gift, I-is that even possible? Maybe it was because they were so close in Bella's womb, maybe?"

  "They're both gifted, Edward. They take after you more than you know." Aunt Alice said smiling at my father. "But they are also much like they're mother." She giggled, looking at Renesmee.

  "Its very peculiar. Genevieve looks so much like me." My dad looked at me. "But she is so much like her mother. Renesmee on the other hand, looks like Bella, but she's more like me.' He shook his head.

  Seth smiled down at me. I loved his smile, and his pretty brown eyes. He laughed softly. "So you like my eyes?" He asked, making me let out a little squeal of excitement.

Edward's POV

 I could tell that, Genna liked Seth. It was obvious that she did. Hours passed before Seth finally left to go with Jacob. Genna was quite upset, furious in fact, but tomorrow her mother would wake up. Bella would get to meet her daughter.
