We entered the diner. The door gave a little 'ding' sound when we entered, signaling our entrance to who ever was here. Which wasn't much by the the way. Just a few couples, friends, and loners. But otherwise it was pretty quiet, figuratively speaking. The place was loud despite how empty it was.

I could already feel a headache coming up. Nico and Kyle walked up to the counter and called for a waiter. I sighed and walked to them.

A male waiter came. "What can I do for you, young sir's?"
The guy had a heavy accent. British most probably.

"Um, yeah. Table for three please." Said Nico, a little distracted. He was looking at the guy as if he knew him, or was he ogling at said guy. Ugh, ew, gross, disgusting! Horrible image. Kyle looked at me. Concern clearly shown on his face. I shook my head at him and nodded my head to Nico and the waiter.

"Of course. Follow me, good sir's," he said and walked in a random direction to the back of the diner where there was a four seat table. We followed him and took our seats. He left and said that he was going to bring our menu's.

I don't know why, but a minute after the waiter left, I started feeling a tingling sensation. No, not a tingling sensation. A bell. A warning bell. More like an alarm system. What ever it was, it was ringing quite loudly in my head. I shook my head to get rid of the feeling. It is very annoying.

Nico and Kyle looked at me, their concern was obvious. "I just got a bad feeling. Keep your guard up. Something might just happen when we least expect it." I whispered to them in irritation. Why won't the stupid bells stop ringing and dinging in my head. The both of them nodded and glanced around in suspicion. The last time I felt this feeling was way back before the war with the Giants. "Oh, and try to keep that glancing around as discreet as possible." I mumbled as I put my head on the table.

A moment or two later, the waiter came back and the alarms in my head got louder. "Here you go. I will be back shortly to take your orders." He said a little too cheerful for my liking. He eyed all of us, lingering longer on Nico. Nico in return, eyed the guy as he left. My irritation accelerated. "Snap out of it Nico! Get your head out of the gutter!" I snapped at him in a whisper. He looked at me and glared. I was taken aback. Since when does Nico glare at me.

"What is your problem? Is it wrong for me to look at other guys? What? Do you now have a problem with me being gay? Is that it?"  He snapped back at me. Only, his voice was raised, so we were attracting a few glances from the other people. I sighed and rubbed my head. This is not good. Nico isn't himself. He never snaps or glares at me or looks at any guy in that sort of a way, besides Will.

"What is MY problem? Nico, I'm not sure if you know this, BUT YOU HAVE A FREAKING BOYFRIEND! Your not supposed to look at other guys with that ogling look!" My temper was starting to get the best of me. I knew I was going to regret it later, but now I'm beyond mad. What would Will say? He will be heartbroken. Does Nico not care? I narrowed my eyes at him.

Our eyes clashed for a moment. But that was enough to see that his eyes were misted. His usually coal black eyes were now a grey color. Something was wrong. "So? Why should that stop me from looking at other guys? Am I married to him? No. So that means that I am not completely bound to him. What I do in my spare time, is none of his business. And neither is it yours." Even though I knew that something was wrong, it didn't stop me from getting up from my seat to try and strangle the little twit. luckily Kyle was sitting next to me, so he roughly pulled back into my seat and restrained me.

"You selfish little brat!" I calmly said through my tightly clenched teeth. "Have you no feelings what so ever for Will? What will he say when he finds out about this?" I clenched and unclenched my fists. "As I have stated before, what I do in my own time, is no ones business but my own." He said coolly. Before I could say or do anything, Kyle whispered in my ears, "don't. He is in a vulnerable state of mind right now. I am certain that you have noticed he is not being himself. I have deduced that he is being controlled. Just not by Eidolons. But something much more powerful. At the moment, he doesn't know what he is doing. He is in an almost trans-like state. When of if he gets out of it, he will have no memory the things he has said or done. For now, it will be best if we ignore him. And if my theory is correct, the waiter is doing this to him."
