Chapter 6 - The Story of a Girl

"Freya! It's time for school!" I heard my moms voice hollering to me. Groggy, I sat up in bed. My hair was a disgusting mess of knots and tangles.

I went over to my mirror, and took a brush to my ratted disaster. I had many times, thought about chopping it off. My long red hair was always a mess every morning before school.

"FREYA!" I heard my moms yell again.

"I'm up mom!" I yelled back. Quickly I took a shower, and dressed into my school uniform. I hurried and rushed out my room, running into my little sister, Taya.

She had already been dressed for school, probably for an hour. Her short Blonde hair, and blue eyes, she was the prettiest girl. It was hard to believe she was only 13. She looked wiser for her age.

"Watch where you are going Spaz!" She yelled at me. I ignored her, and went downstairs, kissing mom goodbye, grabbed my school bag before hurrying to the waiting bus.

"You're late again, Ms. Daniel." The bus driver closed the door, and took of heading to school. I was the last pick up. I looked around the bus, and found my best friends, Halli and Rene. They waved to me, and I went to the back of the bus and sat down, instantly was attacked by gossip of the mysterious new student..

(Unknown POV)

The girl seemed to be having a crazy dream. She was hooked up to an IV machine, heart rate and blood pressure monitor. Her blood pressure was high, her heart raced.

Slipping on a pair of gloves, I grabbed a needle and took the requested amount of blood. She didn't flinch, she didn't seem to be in this world.

Placing the vial of blood in the container with the others. Her blood wasnt red, it was a purplish blue. I have never seen anything like it. She wasn't your regular wolf. There was something she has not said. She is different, and whether she knows it or not, it will change everything shes ever known.

I left the room, and headed back to my next patient.

Sarin laid there, covered in blood and bites. Normally she would have healed by now, but the bites weren't healing as quickly as they should.

I slid on a new pair of gloves, and checked her vitals. Her blood pressure was low, her heart was faintly beating. She really took a licking by this creature.

I gently treated her wounds, and redressed them. She was losing a lot of blood. But luckily I had enough.

Pushing my brown hair from my face, I gently cleaned the Luna's scratch on her face. At this point in time, I wasn't sure she would survive.

Our Alpha will not like this news....

(Freya's POV)
Rene and Halli followed close behind me, as we headed to the cafeteria. As we went into the room, there she stood. The most beautiful woman alive.

No for real, she was flawless. Her golden red hair fell down her back. She was breathtaking. Rene and Halli followed me as I went over to the new student.

"Hey Leza. How was your weekend?" Leza Howard, was popular, new, and pretty. But she was also unusually Friendly. She looked at me, her pink lips opened as she spoke.

"Oh you know. Boys, alcohol, sex. Just like any other weekend." She wasnt shy about anything. She just seemed different.

Leza stood up, and her followers stood up and like a lost puppy, followed her everywhere she went. It was actually sad.

I ordered my lunch with my friends, and we gossiped about boys.

It was dark after piano lessons, and I had to walk home. The moon was full above my head. I just kept a normal stride and walked quietly down the road.

I heard a sound in the distance. A couple dogs nearby started barking loudly. I started walking a little faster, holding my purse close to my body.

A howl was heard in the distance. I walked even faster, almost running. I was only 5 blocks from home, I knew I could make it.

A growl nearby, made me scream and start running. I could hear the pitterpatter of something running in my direction. I just ran, then I guess I tripped, because I was on my ass, looking face to face to a large beast.

Its golden eyes looked into mine. The beast snarled, I closed my eyes, waiting for the inevitable.

It didn't happen. It raised a paw, and scratched my shoulder, instead of bleeding, I felt a sudden and intense pain throughout my entire body.

Screaming, I felt like I was going to die, my bones cracked and screamed. My body felt like it was on fire, it was like boiling lava was being poured on me.

I screamed and screamed, my body changed shape, and I took off running, as far as my four legs could take me....

(Unknown POV)

I walked into the room that I was summoned to. I knew I was in trouble, but I kept my pretty mouth shut. He was furious. Not only had I let her go, but she was something else. Not human. If I had bitten her, I knew I would die. When I scratched her, I intended on her demise, but the opposite happened. She changed right in front of my eyes. A beautiful red wolf, with piercing green eyes.
