Act 24 - Haunted House: Part III

As the boys were pushed to the ground from the impact of the mini explosions, they initiated their plan. It wasn't exactly a solid one, it was more like they were going to trust their guts, and each other, and play along to support one another. It was teamwork, in their own sense.

Add leaped onto his dynamos, barely hovering over the surface to move towards Exotic faster. She pulled out a spear, ready to throw it at him, however, as she did, Add had already created a portal to travel through time and space, reappearing behind the Nasod to launch a large sphere of energy.

"Reverse Circle! Void Field!" he yelled with a smirk. "Pathetic! I'd like to see you try escaping--"

He winced from his back injury, unable to finish his sentence. However, after calculating spatial coordinates, he restrained the Nemesis with a strong force in the developed space he had created below her feet. As much as Exotic had struggled, it was no use. She was trapped.

Due to the fact that Add was required to focus all of his energy, mana, and Dynamo Configuration Points to keep the field standing strong for a while, he stood by, keeping the debuff persistent. Chung on the other hand, grasped the opportunity to do as much harm as the time permitted.

"Bullet Blitz! Rapid Cannon!" Prince Seiker shot a magical, homing bullet at Exotic, followed by a swift swing to switch to his cannon, and several quick cannonballs. The Code: Nemesis tanked all of the hits, as her movement was still securely restrained from the Void Field.

Before Add's manipulated area faded, Chung hopped into the air, firing a final wave of repetitive bombs, and proceeded to shoot bullet after bullet before Exotic had eventually dodged, as he needed to recover before using costly abilities. "Comet Crasher!"

The Nasod was once again loose, and free to roam. She did take a noticeable amount of damage, though she had planned to give back twice as much to each of them. Her eyes seemed to have been flaring with determination, as her drones transformed, augmented with spears. She unleashed her locked, restricted mode; her Full Generate Mode.

"May my true power awaken; Queen's Throne!"

With her amplified attacks and mobility, she sped over to the duo once more with her increased speed, firing spears and electron-balls from all angles at them, along with personally hitting them with her drones. The additional lances did a significant amount of additional damage, the pair was overwhelmed by how much stronger she had become. It was terrifying.

The harpoons made several cuts on the boys' skin, though they attempted to avoid the majority, albeit failing.

'She cannot possibly stay in that horrendous form for long! Tch, so all I need to do is to buy time! That must be it! We would have a higher probability of victory if we faced her normal mode. Though her codes would definitely be worth getting my hands on.' Add speculated in his mind, trying to conjure a last-minute strategy.

"Stardust Shower! Maximum Strike!" A dimensional gate was generated above the Exotic, gravitational orbs raining down endlessly. At the same time, Add was stirring up large spacial bodies by vibrating atoms in the air, the spheres circulated around him until he fired them towards the enemy.

Despite the Esper's efforts, it had gone to waste, as the Nemesis phased out of the way, while in her place was a plasma dummy, resembling the Empress. She concealed herself, gliding in the air until she was hovering directly above Add. Exotic cast spears around her, striking downwards to create a shockwave. Diabolic Esper was launched into the air, and knowing that would happen, she pulled out a machine-gun, firing plasma fragments to catch him. To end the chain of amplification, she unraveled a circle of metal pieces from her body, as they all pierced Add.

"Photon Flash. Cloaking. Spear Burst. Atomic Blaster. Iron Scraps."

He was done for. In all honesty, there was nothing he could have done with the little energy he had left, after wasting a chunk on his futile scheme. With naturally low health, he was powerless to stand, he had passed out. The Diabolic Esper had been defeated.

Though Add had served as useful bait for Chung, the Prince went out into hiding. His friend's sacrifice was more than enough for him to guarantee success, though he felt bad for taking advantage of him rather than helping his buddy in time of need.

He slowed his breathing, forcing it to be steady. The Deadly Chaser was calm and tranquil, ready to feel wherever and whenever Exotic would make her move. He had chosen a dark locality to shield himself in, figuring that it wasn't a requirement to be able to see where the foe was, but to sense the foe instead.

Despite the hallway being pitch black, Exotic felt the urge to cloak herself, for safety measures. Her eyes faintly glowed as she peered around her surroundings, finding no signs of Chung yet. She kept walking, until she reached... a dead end?

Bang. A bullet had suddenly pierced through her leg. The sound had come from nearby, off to her left. Though she was unable to ascend quickly because to her weakened mobility, the results of the match had already been set.

Prince Seiker was charging a gigantic explosive with his cannon as he waited for the Queen of Destruction. Due to the drop in agility, it was impossible for Exotic to evade and dart away.

"Target locked; fire."

The massive missile was launched, directly flying above the Nasod's head. Kaboom! The entire vicinity close to the Code: Nemesis was annihilated.

"Artillery Strike - Quantum Ballista. Game over."

Exotic fell for the trap, knocked out from the extreme havoc.

The stimulation began to fade away, pixel by pixel. The haunted house was slowly disappearing, as Chung and Add achieved victory.
