Past Experiences

Raven shook Peter as he groaned sitting up as he winced away.
"Shh Peter its okay it's only me " Raven reassured her little brother who sat up rubbing his little eyes.
"What are we doing Raven?" He asked softly and she smiled sadly.

"Not we little man you." She whispered pulling him out of bed as she handed him his small bundle of clothes and food.
"What no! Raven we a team you can't leave me all alone!" He sobbed as she pushed on his shoes and began to tie them.

"Hush little one don't you fret none, I'm giving you your best chance and I'm so sorry little man that it isn't with me." She explained as tears brimmed on the edge of her eyes. Peter sprang from the bed wrapping his arms around her.

"Don't say that Raven ! I love you! I can't live without you!!" He cried and she smiled sadly as she wiped his tears with her thumb.
"I'm going to walk you there then my sweet brother you must run. Run and never look back no matter how much it hurts. Okay? Now come on we have a lot of ground to cover I don't think the rope will hold ma and papa for long Peter." She explained taking his hand as they quickly started down the stairs.

Sixteen year old Rose Red laughed as twirled her nine year old sister.
"Ah look at the beautiful princess!" She praised and Snow giggled.
"Yeah and you do too!" She praised smiling widely and Rose laughed tickling her little sister.

"Well then I guess we're both ready for the ball then aren't we sissy face?" Rose teased and Snow smiled.
"Yep and we're going to dance past our bedtimes!" Snow exclaimed excitedly and Rose chuckled.

"You're so silly Snow!" She teased as she pulled her sister up and made their way downstairs.
"Shall we go, our public awaits!" She teased her little sister as she grabbed her hand and made their way to door.
"I love you Rosie!!" Snow exclaimed and Rose smiled
"And I you Snow flake!"
