  Emma and Charming looked back and forth between the two women. Who were just staring at each other.
  "So you guys know each other?" Emma asked finally, as she tried to break the awkward silence.

  "Yes." Rose whispered at the same time Snow grumbled.
   "No!"  Emma saw an anger in her mother's eyes that she had never seen before.
  "So do you or don't you cause I'm confused." Emma tried but her mom began to walk away
   "No we don't !" She spat and Rose frowned.
  "Aw come on Snow don't be that way." She pleaded but when Snow continued on her expression turned angry."Snow white listen to me !" Her hands sparked with light magic that made Emma jump back a little.

  Snow turned eyes lined with fury when out of know where she began to cry.
  "Okay does anybody know how they know each other?" Emma asked looking to Regina and Red.
  "Uh I have no idea who she is." Regina admitted and Red shook her head.

  "Um no sorry I have never seen her before." She reasoned while David went to comfort  Snow. Emma turned to captain Hook
  "What about you mister  hook do you know Rose?" Emma asked him and he grinned slyly.
  "No Emma can't say that I do remember her ,but believe me I would if she ever crossed my paths." He exclaimed with a wink and Rose rolled her eyes.

  "You're hilarious, but I think I would remember meeting an obnoxious pirate like yourself." She grumbled and he grinned.
  "You like me I can tell."  He teased .To which she again rolled her eyes.

   "Okay enough flirting how do you know my mom Rose?" Emma asked and Rose knelt down in front of Emma head hung.
  "Because Em, I'm her big sister." She managed and Emma grinned brightly
  "Well then mom how come you're not happy to see her!" Emma asked looking extremely excited.

  "Because Emma she left me all alone, without even saying goodbye!" Snow spat tearfully but Rose shook her head tearfully.
  "That's where you're wrong little sister, I didn't leave willingly."

    Rose smiled from where she was leaning against the wall while her little sister danced.
  "Care to dance?" A raspy voice asked breaking Rose out of her thoughts.
  "You're that wizard...dark one Rumpelstiltskin right?" She asked softly and he bowed mockingly.
  "That a girl, now care to dance?" He asked and to his surprise she took his hand and lead him onto the dance floor.

  "So what brings you here dark one?" She asked while he twirled her and he grinned.
  "I'm here to make a deal with you dearie." He informed her and she raised a curious eyebrow at him.
  "What kind of deal I need nothing ?" She asked and be chuckled lightly.

  "I know about your...magic" he whispered in her ear making her drop his hands and step back.
  "I don't know what you're talking about!" She spat a little louder than she hoped.
  "Ah but you do dearie and when you're ready to make a deal then don't hesitate to summon me..princess." He mocked and Rose took a fearful step back.
  "You're a liar stay away from me!" She cried.
  "Ah but I'm not am I?" He mocked as he again chuckled.

  "Guards arrest that beast!!!" Leopold bellowed and Rose felt her mother grab her arm and lead her away.
  "Are you alright Rose? Did he hurt you?" She asked but Rose was frozen in place how had her secret  got out she had been so careful. "Rosaline Red answer me are you hurt?" Her mother asked again and Rose shook her head.

  "No mame just a bit rattled...may I go to bed?" She asked softly and Eva nodded kissing her cheek.
  "Sleep well dear I'll be up to see you in a moment." She promised and Rose nodded.

  As she started away her hands began to spark. Rose sucked her breath as she retreated up the stairs. She closed her door leaving a burned hand print. Tears blurred her vision as she cried tears falling from her eyes onto her pillow.

  "Rumpelstiltskin... I summon thee." She choked out and at first nothing happened
  "Change your mind did you?" He mocked and she whirled around spotting him sitting in her desk chair.

  "Yes I'm ready to make a deal." She whispered and he grinned cockily.
  "So I am no longer a liar am I?" He taunted and she scowled.
  "Just tell me what you want?" She spat and he grinned.

  "I want you to leave this castle and never return and in exchange I'll give you or send you to a person who can help you with your magic." He explained gleefully but Rose frowned.
  "But then I'll never see my mother or father ..or little Snow again "  she managed tears falling from her eyes.

  "Ah yes but that is the point dearie." He grinned
  "Rose?" She heard her mom's curious voice on the other side of the door and Rose turned to look at the dark one.
  "Can I at least say goodbye?" She asked and he shook his head.
  "Afraid not dearie. You either go now or not at all and risk hurting your parents or even worse little Snow." He taunted and she could hear her mother's voice getting more frantic as she tried to push the door open. Rose released a shaky breath then picked up the locket Snow had given her on her 12th Birthday and put it on.

  "Y-you ...." She paused trying to compose her emotions "...you have a d-de-al Rumpelstiltskin" she whispered just as she shook his hand the door opened and her mother burst in. Her last image being her daughter disappearing in a puff of smoke.
  "ROSE!!!" She screamed and that was where king Leopold found his wife curled in a heap on the floor sobbing uncontrollably.

  Rose finished telling them all that occurred that night at the ball.
  "I'm sorry Snow but I didn't want to hurt you." She whispered sadly. Without warning Snow threw her arms around her sister sobbing slightly.
  "You would never have hurt anyone Rose you shouldn't have let the devil get in your head." Snow sobbed.

  Emma smirked
    "Speak of the devil, Rumpelstiltskin I do believe I owe you a favor." Emma explained making Rose gasp and Snow looked fearful.
  "Aye that you do dearie." He murmured bitterly but Emma just took his hand then took Bae's

"I  found your son Balefire." She whispered and Rumple gasped in surprise and Balefire smiled and they embraced happily.
  "Oh Balefire I thought I'd never see you again!" He sobbed and his son hugged his dad fiercely.
  "And I you Papa. I love you!" He cried and Emma grinned then felt her own mom pull her into a hug.

  "You are never leaving my sight again!" She declared kissing Emma's face. Emma laughed as Red then pulled her into a tight hug.
  "That goes for me too you little spitfire!" She teased hugging her close then Emma ran to Regina and they embraced.
  "Thank-you so much Regina!" Emma exclaimed and she smiled
  "The pleasure was all mine Em." She promised then Emma wrapped her arms around Hook's legs.

  "And thank you for leading them to me Mr Hook!" Emma praised.
  "Look little one enough with the mister makes me sound like I'm old." He complained Rose smirked.
  "What's the matter pirate can't take a compliment?" She teased.

  "I can so but maybe you'd like to find out." He teased and Snow groaned.
  "Okay there is little pictures in the area enough talking dirty, especially with my sister !" She complained and Hook just grinned slyly.

  "What a touching moment, too bad I have to ruin it!" Pans voice echoed and Snow pulled Emma close to her.
