My parents didn't hesitate to ask questions. "So what does this mean for our daughter?", my mum asked. "Well we've got to discuss options with you guys before anything really happens, and we're going to have to run a few more tests before any other decisions can be made." My brain was still trying to comprehend the fact that I'd lost my memory; it was hard to believe. It didn't feel real. I still felt like the normal teenage girl I was before I woke up. "So until then what's going to happen?" I asked. "Well we've already notified the nurses and they'll be in with something for you to eat. Until then we will have to go over some things with your parents, it's just all part of the procedure." I was still in shock after hearing everything that the doctor said, and I still had so many unanswered questions. "Okay" I said, trying to understand. My parents had to step outside for a few minutes while the nurse, a rather old women that had facial features that resembled much like rat, came in with a tray full of food. "You're going to eat it all, this hospital doesn't have money to waste", a nurse firmly stated. "Uhh okay, I said; confused as to how a hospital could be low on money. I stared at the food that was planted in front of me and poked at with the fork. Not long after, that same boy from earlier made his way towards my bedside.
