Chapter 1 : My story

I am trialing this story and encase your confused Sara,Roy, Tommy, Laurel and Thea know Oliver is the Arrow. Tommy is alive and Felicity has not seen anybody from S.H.I.E.L.D. In three whole years also Avengers has happened and we are in Season 3 of AoS and Arrow but the league is not going to target Oliver.

Felicity's POV

My name is Felicity Smoak, I am the best of my father and mother, my mother was a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, she was never there at all and my father was the best S.H.I.E.L.D. scientist ever known. When I was seven years old my mother went M.I.A. and Nick Fury sent a team to find her and all they bought back was her body, which was severely burnt. From that day forward my father vowed to never let me become part of S.H.I.E.L.D. But that didn't go as planned.

He was kidnapped from our summer house when I was 9. An agent Phil Coulson and  Melinda May found me alone under my bed hiding, after that day  he was never found. And I was trained by the  best of  S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury personally took care of me, like a father, Coulson acted like another father and May... She was my mother figure. She was extremely close to my mother and she treated me like her own daughter. I was their most powerful protege. At the age of seventeen I was enrolled at M.I.T. I graduated  at the age of 19 and at age 21 I was a scientist, agent, and IT technician for S.H.I.E.L.D.

But that was until Fury asked me to go dark as H.Y.D.R.A. had infiltrated our ranks and Phil, he was off with May and his team.
I was never allowed to stay away from the hellicarrier, Fury, May and Phil trusted nobody to look after me. So i went dark, i left my life... my family all due to H.Y.D.R.A. The agents may look cold-hearted but i knew when it came down to my safety they worry, eventhough i can take care of myself. So Fury decided it would be good to have me sent me away, he sent me to a hellhole.....Also known as  Starling City !

*Flashback*
After my personal training I head up to Fury's office, he normally doesn't call me up like this, must be something very serious! "Come in!" He shouts.
How the hell does he do that? He always knows when someone is on the door, I walk in and see May and I see his serious face. And I know this is not a joke. "Hydra is within our ranks I don't know who to trust anymore! May you need to go with Coulson immediately get a team together and leave, Felicity I need to talk to you alone." He says.

I can tell something else is going on too not just Hydra. But me being me I defy his orders. "Whatever you say you can say in front of her!" I say back.
He glares his eyes and May grabs my shoulder. "It's okay I'll go" she says and walks out. "You need to leave Shield and leave it now." I stare back at him and take a seat, I lift my legs on to the desk. "No!"

He fixes me with a glare made of steel and stands up.
"If you don't leave, and something happens to you I won't ever forgive myself. So I will ask nicely once more leave Shield and I'll give you a new identity and safe place to stay and work with a friend of mine." I walk up to him and hug him. "I don't want to leave and I know it's much more than just Hydra, let me say bye to Ward and Coulson and I'll leave after that. Thank you for everything you've done for me, I hope to see you again. Take care of yourself too Dad."
We carry on the hug and then I let go and kiss his cheek and I see a lone tear fall and I know I won't see him again. I've never seen him cry. I walk to the door and shut it behind me. I know I'll never see the Triskellion again.

*End of Flashback*

Three years later....And that is where my story starts..........
"ARGH!" My alarm rings awaking me from my slumber. I  Its dawn! shit! If I want to get any training done I need to go. Before Oliver or anybody comes down to the foundry. I run into my bathroom and get ready, in five minutes I'm dressed and out my door.

The drive to the foundry takes 15 minutes and when I get there I'm in luck nobody is there yet. I begin training.

First I use the scaffolding to do pull ups and to see if I still am flexible. I need to be ready for a fight at anytime. Just incase, incase I'm called in for battle. I have to be ready. I start on the salmon ladder and keep on going up and down, faster and faster, my mind drifts back to his words,
"If you don't leave, and something happens to you I won't ever forgive myself."
They have replayed in my head for three years and when I heard he was dead I broke and May, Coulson nobody told me. When I found out Grant Ward was Hydra another piece of my heart broke. Ward was my first love, I could never get over him.

A excited voice bought me out of my trance. I jumped down and thought oh shit! He'll tell everybody! There stood Tommy looking at me weirdly. "Y...Yo...You can do that Diggle can't do that and you can?" I mentally noted in my head that I should never throw surprises for Tommy because he would freak out too much. "I was just training Tommy, drop it okay!" I shout whilst entering the shower. After 10 minutes I hear Tommy explaining to somebody what he saw. And that somebody is Oliver. Sugar! I get changed and quickly put my training clothes in my bag. As I walk to the computer area I see Tommy smirk and smile at me.

And that's when I know my weak IT girl cover is blown....
