I was sat in my dressing room still waiting on my makeup artist. This was the 4th time this week she had been late and I was beginning to lose patience. I was due on stage in less than 20 minutes and I was ready other than my makeup. The door flung open and in walked my makeup artist.
"Where on earth have you been?" I shouted.
"I was running late" she muttered not seeming to care that I was in a rush.
"Well hurry up and get on with it I'm due on stage" I sighed and let her get to work. Choosing to fire her after she had done my makeup. I saw my manager as I was making my way to the stage.
"Get rid of her and put an ad out for a new makeup artist please, I'm tired of her shit" I said and my manager nodded her head.
"Already on it, she was on her final chance".

"Good evening Wembley!" I said after my first song "how are you all feeling tonight?"
I was on my 2nd to last tour date and it was going unbelievably well. I had sold out each and every date but I'm glad it was coming to an end. I loved my fans but there's only so much work I could do. I was getting exhausted plus the stress of my lazy makeup artist was tiring me out.

I finished my show and headed back stage to see my tour manager smiling at me. She gave me a thumbs up and I walked towards my dressing room.
"We have a new makeup artist starting tomorrow" my manager smiled.
"Wow, you really do work fast" I laughed "what's their name?"
"Her name is Perrie, she's 22. She's worked with a lot of famous people" my manager said "so she's had plenty of experience".
"Great, at least she will be punctual" I added before starting to get ready to leave the venue.

I arrived at the o2 arena in London for my very last tour date. I was getting slightly emotional that it was all coming to an end. I chose to have my final date at the o2 due to it being one of the most iconic venues in London. To play out the tour to this many people was going to be incredible. Plus I was finally getting a new makeup artist that was going to be worth hiring. I made my way into the venue and walked out onto the empty stage ready to sound check. I loved walking out onto the stage before it was filled with people. Just to see the difference between when it was silent and when it was filled with my fans. I grabbed my mic and began to sound check with my crew. I knew everything so well now it wasn't going to take me long.
"Is everything all good?" Mike, my sound man, said.
"Yes, Thankyou. I'm all done now" I smiled whilst handing back my mic. I turned around to see a blonde girl stood watching me from the corner of the stage. I jumped slightly when I made eye contact with her not sure to who she was or why she was staring at me.
"Can I help you?" I laughed lightly "you really startled me".
"Sorry, I'm Perrie. I was sent to find you and introduce myself. I'll be doing your makeup" she said. Right, my new makeup artist. Wow she is beautiful.
"Perrie!" I said happily whilst walking over to her "I'm Jade".
"I know, I've been coming to your shows for a while" Perrie laughed.
"So you're a fan huh?" I smirked whilst gesturing her to follow me back stage.
"I love your music and your work ethic" she smiled "I was more than happy to come and work for you".
"My last makeup artist was a nightmare. She turned up at the very last minute and was so lazy with her work. I couldn't last much longer with her" I told her. We made our way into my dressing room and I looked to see it was 6:15 meaning the arena would start to fill in 15 minutes. My support act was going on stage at 7 and I went on at 7:30.
"How do you want your makeup then? Are you wanting it how you've had it the whole tour?" She asked.
"Yes, if you know what that looks like" I replied.
"Of course I do, I'm a professional remember" she laughed whilst opening up her equipment. She had so much more products than my last one and I was excited to see how she would make me look. Not to mention she was so good looking and having her so close to my face was going to keep me happy. She began to apply my concealer first and then started my foundation.
"So, tell me about yourself Perrie?"
"Well I'm 22 originally from South Shields, just like you. I took a degree in hair and beauty. I've worked with Rita Ora and Jess Glynne but now I'm working for you" she smiled whilst she was dangerously close to me. If she is a fan she has to know about my sexuality.
"Great, I'm glad you have experience. You will make my stress levels so much lower" I added with a smirk. I'm guessing she understood the reference as her cheeks instantly reddened. Silence fell upon us whilst Perrie carried on applying my makeup. I couldn't talk in fear that it would ruin my makeup. Time passed and Perrie soon told me she had finished. I looked into the mirror and she had really done a good job. This was the best my makeup had looked all tour.
"Thank you so much, I love it" I smiled.
"That's my job Jadey" she said whilst resting her hands on my shoulder.
"Jadey?" I teased making eye contact with her through the mirror.
"I'm a fan. Every fan calls you Jadey" she mumbled.
"It's cute, don't worry. I'm just winding you up" I laughed lightly. She smiled at me and started to tidy away her equipment. "Are you staying for the show?"
"I assumed once my job was done I left" she said.
"Don't be silly, all my team get good seats and automatic invites to my after party. You're lucky as this is the end of tour party" I told her.
"Ok, who do I sit with?" She asked.
"Aaron my hair stylist. Sam, my manager and who ever else is her. My Mam might be here somewhere" I laughed.
"You're Mam looks so sweet" Perrie added "your Instagram posts about her are so cute".
"Well do you officially want to be added onto my Instagram?" I asked. Perrie soon nodded but didn't quite understand what I was saying. I made my way over to her and took out my camera taking a picture of us both. I added the caption.
