"Be careful in Seoul, there's a lot going on there now-a-days, especially when it's so close to the North..." My mother kept going over her worries about me going back. I couldn't help but giggle at her anxiety over me.

I reassured her with a hug, "I know mum, I'll be super careful." I heard a sigh of relief, "Taehyung, please take care of Ella," She said in broken Korean. "You look like a strong man to protect our little girl." She said continuing in English. Oh my god mum...

It's a good thing because he wasn't so great at understanding English, so he didn't pick up the last thing she said. "ELLA! HYUNG!" My little brother came running up to the door.

I hugged my little brother tightly, before getting out my stuffed elephant. "I want you to take care of Blue for me." His eyes widened as he took it into his hands. "But this one is your favorite noona!" I giggled and ruffled his hair. "I know, but he told me he wants to live with you now." Smiling and hugged my brother.

"He'll be my substitute for when I'm not here okay?" I whispered into his ear before kissing his cheek. "Take good care of him, okay?" Eric nodded and hugged my elephant.

"Hyung..." He said quietly, looking incredibly sad while staring at Taehyung. "Ah, I'll miss you brother." Tae hugged Eric tightly. "Please come with Ella again..."

Taehyung nodded sternly before letting go. "Alright, thank you again Eomma and Appa." He bowed respectively and my mom ended up hugging him.

"Come again soon, Taehyung." She smiled as she stepped back. My dad gave him a handshake, "Take care, son. Take care of her."

Taehyung nodded, "Yes sir."

"Alright, your taxi will be coming soon to pick you up." My mom said, wiping her tear. I hugged her one last time before hugging my father. "I love you..."

"Remember to smile Eric." I smiled for my brother, hugging him once more before heading out the door. "Goodbye guys, I love you."

"I love you too, take care!" My family waved as the taxi came up and we got in.

*Skips long bus ride*

Seoul, South Korea 7:43 p.m. December 30th

"Hey where are we going?" Taehyung asked curiously as I pulled him along the sidewalk. "Please tell me we're getting food..."

I groaned at his constant complaining and whining. "Just trust me."

Finally, I got to our destination, a little café that Jin worked at. "Why are we here?"

I didn't answer his question and opened the door. The lights were off until I flicked them on and all his band mates yelled "Surprise!"

He jumped up and down happily as he hugged all of them. "Ah thank you!"

They all laughed and patted him on the back, saying happy birthday. I giggled and hugged him last, "Happy birthday Tae." He gave his big smile before we cut the cake.

"How'd you guys put this together?" Now we all were siting at a table, eating the cake that Jin made, just talking and joking around. This is the first time I've actually really bonded with all of them before, I'm not as shy I guess.

"Well I got Ella's number from your dad, so we all texted in a group chat while you were in Busan...and yea we decided to do this." Namjoon said, throwing away his plate. "Woah...you guys are awesome...thank you so much!" He smiled, chuckling.

"Present time!" Jungkook said, getting his gift for Taehyung out. "Here! This is from all of us..."

He unwrapped the small wrapping paper away and revealed the gift. "Omo...guys..."
